Everyone was super friendly and I appreciated our room being stocked with extra pillows and towels, since we were traveling with 3 children. I especially loved the fact we didn't get any shame about our 5 year old non-verbal autistic son. He threw a fit leaving the pool area and I was so embarrassed, I really thought mgmt was going to talk to us about it. Another amazing deed they did was mail us my husband's wallet that he left in the room! I'm so grateful for them contacting us and having it sent out right away. 10/10 would stay again!

Breakfast waffles were exactly how you'd expect, would be amazing if you got a pancake machine! Everything else was great, hot bacon and eggs were good.

The room was comfortable and clean. We used the pool and hottub that took the chill off of a cold day, with lots of good light. Didn't try the firepit, but appreciate the feature. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. Cookies and coffee at the front desk was very welcoming

We had one issue, a leaky toilet. They offered to change our room, but it was late so I just turned off the water and turned it back on in the morning. I mention it because it was a constant drain/flush cycle that I think it should have been long ago identified.

The entire hotel was nice! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was even a little store for needed items you may have forgotten, and it is very close to many restaurants and a gas station within walking distance.

My only complain is the jacuzzi was barely lukewarm and here were so many screaming kids in the jacuzzi there was no chance of relaxing, so I used the bathtub to soak and relax my back from the long drive instead.

I was pleased that the hotel was located off the main road. it was quiet and dark while we slept. The lobby and workers were very welcoming.

The pool was great and my kids really enjoyed it. it would’ve been nice to have a bathroom facility within the pool area. I had to dry my kids off and walk across the lobby with them to use the bathroom. Everything about the room was comfortable. The carpet in the room however was stained and looked worn.

Our room was clean, quiet, and the pillows and beds were very comfortable, The bathroom was more spacious than many. The AC had a low setting which was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with good options. The scrambled eggs and bacon excellent. A very nice stop on a long car trip.

It was not in the best neighborhood and there were not as many choices for find etc.. as a more centrally located place.

Everyone was super friendly, beds were super comfy, breakfast was great, pool was a good size and clean. Overall very satisfied.

The only negative thing I can say is our room smelled like, at some point in the last week or weeks, a cat had peed somewhere and they never were able to really get rid of the smell completely. After being in the room you got used to it and didn’t notice it unless you left and came back in.

The staff was super friendly and kind. Hotel was clean. Rooms were small but cozy, the bathroom was a decent size. The pool area was great ! I loved that they closed the pool late and opened early. There fresh baked cookies were amazing! The breakfast was good had a little bit of everything, we enjoyed the waffles a lot.

wish they had better water pressure and hotter water. it was room temperature and had to make our showers quick before water turned cold.

Great location, close to food options and laundromat (FYI, the laundromat is amazing)! Free breakfast had lots of options. Room was comfortable. Provided a shovel to help rid the car of snow. Jesus, at the front desk, was super helpful!

No laundry facility; was able to use the Days Inn laundry but they only had one washer and dryer so we ended up using the public one nearby.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, I had a great view of the snow capped mountains in the background. Overall, I think it was a great value and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Breakfast was shut down early for some reason. I was told it ran until 10:30am but when I got downstairs around 9:55am, everything was already put away! I was still able to grab a muffin and orange juice though which is all I really needed anyway.

the pool was awesome. it was heated to a comfortable temperature and was big enough to really enjoy. the staff was friendly and helpful. the complimentary cookies were delicious.

the property could use some TLC. the carpet in the room was rather stained and the ac unit made a rough noise. also there was a train track that seemed to have trains and their whistles going off constantly starting at 6:30am
