Hampton Inn Suites Flagstaff East

First of, I love the lady in the customer service area! Talk about multi-tasking. Never felt a guest ignored. For me, that is a good thing, because if I were the next guest (that time, I first in line), I would love to have my presence acknowledged (even if I know they know). I forgot her name but she is a wonderful and lovely lady! Second, loved the beds and the room associated with it. Breakfast meal was good enough to bring you on the go!

The bathtub in our bathroom doesn't really drain very well but good enough to keep the water down.

well located to access all major routes, comfy bed with a great restaurant over the road. coffee is ready early! front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

breakfast was limited, can’t say I have even been given plastic cutlery and a paper plate at a hotel before. The gym has very limit equipment, it was not serviced once in the 3 nights I was there. there were no towels or anything to clean the equipment with.

Clean, comfortable room; very good offerings for breakfast; coffee and tea offerings always available; cordial, helpful staff

The guests in the room above us were very noisy making loud thuds on the ceiling which made it difficult to sleep at night. We didn't report it to the front desk, so not their fault that it continued into our second day there. The guests, not the service, were the problem.

I was here for a wedding. The staff are very nice. Housecleaning is responsive. The facilities are clean. There is hand sanitizer available. They have Lysol wipes available. Everything was super sanitized. They have a little snack area since it is away from the town, but there are gas stations & a restaurant within walking distance. The sunset was amazing with a Mountain View on the 3rd floor. 10/10 recommend.

Everything is expensive. Around $440 for 2 nights. Plus they don’t allow you to even ask for a late checkout till the next morning which is inefficient if the point of late check out is because you won’t be up that early.

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The facility was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was great! Plenty of hot water when showering. By far this place had the BEST breakfast!! We all had plenty to eat before we continued on the road!

It is a new hotel, so the facilities are new/ modern. It’s very nice in general, beds are comfortable. And the room we got faces a beautiful mountain right in front of the window. There is a great restaurant you can walk to if you like pasta/ pizza. There is also a gas station right next to the hotel. It is a short drive to the main thoroughfare. I would stay here again.

Nothing really much. Just a bit more friendliness from the staff maybe and add more value to the customers by improving cleanliness, making breakfast better, and having the staff being more accommodating and friendly; being pro- active rather than waiting for the customers to ask for something, if they can offer or ask what they can do for them or how they can help improve the customer’s experience or stay. Little things go a long way...

Very clean and well designed property. the indoor pool was really nice, a was the lobby/breakfast area.

There were some odd things about the room. We didn’t have any hooks to hang wet towels and the curtains only went up half way. But it was a comfortable stay and my family of six had plenty of room to spread out and sleep!

Have stayed at Hampton Inn’s before and had good experiences and this experience was the same.

Room service on an outside vendor was going to be very expensive for a regular pizza. Too expensive for delivery. We didn’t order after we found out how expensive it would be. Had to leave premises to get dinner.

The room was so nice and big! One of the most spacious hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were absolutely wonderful and my oldest son said the pullout sofa bed was also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included-it was the standard hotel breakfast. It was fine, but nothing special.

Clean, Good bed, Good location. Gluten free options at breakfast! Amazing Breakfast. Pleasant staff. Similar distance from the east and south entrances of the Gran Canyon

They don’t clean the rooms during your stay which would be okay if they would give you a place to put your room trash and dirty towels. This was the most expensive place we stayed on our trip and we had less service than we did at other places. Asked for towels to be delivered while we were out and trash to be picked up. It never happened. We had to pick up towels. The staff was nice but not the greatest service for the price we paid.
