The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very polite and friendly. Staff did an excellent job keeping up with the breakfast demands. I also like how breakfast is available until 10 for those of us who don't need to skedaddle in the early morning.

I wish Hampton Inns in general would use real eggs and not that frozen stuff which just contains eggs. I also would like an option for "no pet" rooms where we don't have to deal with our pet allergies, much like there used to be non-smoking rooms where you never had to deal with stale cigarette smoke.

We liked the room layout and some of the furnishings. The view was adequate but not spectacular given the location. Overall, the hotel was in fine condition.

The desk chair just about killed me tilting backwards unexpectedly, plus the seat had almost no cushion. We were not aware that we would be charged $15 for “parking”, which is absurd considering the cost per night, the added taxes over and above the room rate, and that it was nothing more than a simple parking space.

The cleanliness was great! The complimentary shampoo conditioner and lotion were greatly appreciated since we forgot to pack some hygiene products. That was a huge plus! Thank you. And thank you for allowing pets, we travel everywhere with our two pets. They are completely kenneled trained so they did not spend much time lounging on the hotel floor or beds.

There is no hot tub although you showed on the website there is a hot tub. Update your website, please. That was one of our main reasons we booked this specific hotel. My husband and I were very disappointed. And also, it doesn’t hurt to turn the furnace on in the pool area. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but it was chilly in there. Maybe consider a pet refund after inspection of the room that no dog hair or potty accidents had occurred. Since I had mentioned our pets are kennel trained and potty trained well and are not allowed on furniture.

Your @#$%^ parking fees! What gives?? What do I get for them - a spot to park my car, nothing more, nothing less. Which should be the default at no extra cost. You folks are going the way of the airlines, where you are starting to charge for everything. Very tacky.....

This property is my wife and I favorite property to stay at when going or coming from California. It's location is a big factor , the facilities and staff are second biggest factor. The complimentary breakfast always rounds out our top three reasons why we always choose here.

Not a big thing but , the TV in the room was not working properly. It was difficult to get the remote control to work , delayed response from input to actual action.

The stay here was two nights over a 30-day road trip, thus my memories are not precise; however, I say with relative certainty that the facility delivered a quality that I have come to expect from Hampton Inn; Hampton Inn for years has been my first choice domestically and nothing experienced during my stay at Flagstaff -East has changed that attitude.

Having to pay (forgot dollar amount) for parking. This was a first for me. When I asked about it front desk lady just said “it’s catching on”. Also, carpets seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a bit. Gym seemed like machines hadn’t been wiped down.

First of, I love the lady in the customer service area! Talk about multi-tasking. Never felt a guest ignored. For me, that is a good thing, because if I were the next guest (that time, I first in line), I would love to have my presence acknowledged (even if I know they know). I forgot her name but she is a wonderful and lovely lady! Second, loved the beds and the room associated with it. Breakfast meal was good enough to bring you on the go!

The bathtub in our bathroom doesn't really drain very well but good enough to keep the water down.

I did NOT like the Booking.com that was simply a scam. They never made reservation. I arrived at the hotel (August 6) in the night to find that the reservation did not exist. The staff at the hotel was very helpful but it is impossible to contact Booking.com.

well located to access all major routes, comfy bed with a great restaurant over the road. coffee is ready early! front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

breakfast was limited, can’t say I have even been given plastic cutlery and a paper plate at a hotel before. The gym has very limit equipment, it was not serviced once in the 3 nights I was there. there were no towels or anything to clean the equipment with.
