The location was great for the reason we were in town. There were plenty of things to do and eating establishments were varied. The street on which the hotel is located is easy to navigate. It runs pretty much from the 202 loop up to the I-60.

Garbage piled up at second floor elevator landing is unprofessional. Floors 3 & 4 have an ice machine located in the same landing area as floor two. Not sure why floor 2 doesn’t have an ice machine in that area instead of trash holding area. Our room’s bathroom remodel looked like a “honey due” job. Had to negotiate for extra towels.

Located in a nice area for shopping & dining, large outdoor pool with spa. Clean Workout Room. Clean and updated front lobby and dining/bar area. Love the wood floors in the rooms.

Side entrances to hotel were unlocked (no card key needed). Elevators: OK - the cleanliness of the lobby & elevators speak volumes of what I can expect of the room! Room: was dusty, baseboards & floors, under sink cubbies, window sill, a/c unit, bed headboard and light fixtures, LOUD a/c Unit!

Nice room, grounds well kept, staff very good.

Bill thru booking.com 186.00, including breakfast, for one night. After stay, billed 211.00 for room plus 55.00 for breakfast. Spoke with young lady, most helpful, $55.00 to be refunded. All charges removed from card, then all entered back on. Now I have to drive 50 miles to get this resolved. 110 degrees out today.

Super friendly check-in. We asked for a later check out because we had an all night softball tournament. Unfortunately it wasn’t communicated to the cleaning group because we were awakened three times and questioned whether we actually contacted the desk for this accommodation. Otherwise, a great place and we will stay again as we have.

Cleaning crew questioning late check out. Calling front desk to verify with the door open was a bit unnecessary.

We like how close it was to the San Tan Village Marketplace, there were also close by restaurants, attractions and many more.

Some of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful while others were very hard-headed and very closed off.

The staff were amazing! We arrived at midnight b/c of a late flight and we were greeted by Michelle who was friendly and welcoming! She offered us a warm cookie and water! The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable!

The shower curtain did not reach the tub so the water ran out onto the floor while taking a shower!

Nice room, it was clean The gentleman handling the breakfast in the morning was amazing very sweet very kind Got everything we needed. It was a great stay over all

The front desk clerk on the evening shift wasn’t very kind, she was rude, asked like she didn’t want to be there. If we needed something It was treated as an imposition for her. On check out they had the room charges wrong and when I brought it to their attention, they tried to argue with me about it when I had the proof in the emails what the room charges were supposed to be not including the room service.

coffee in the lobby was empty (all 4 canisters) regardless if it was 2pm I feel that should be available for tired travelers. got put in a room close to an exit door, so we heard that all night.

Location was perfect. Room and bed were comfortable. Price was ridiculously high.

Light bulbs were missing and the staff said they were not sure when they could be changed. The breakfast was only OK. Not worth the price.

The price on booking.com and what i paid was $25 higher and i dont know why.
