The Motor Lodge

Amazing staff, location and room. It was a perfect home away from home. The room was large and clean and the beds were perfectly comfortable. The location was a couple minute walk to Whiskey Row. The staff was stellar. I was able to get into my room upon arrival with ease and was greatly appreciated after a very long day of travel. They were accommodating and very friendly.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pretty much everything. We have stayed here several times in the past and the motel and its staff have always been exceptional.

Very small thing. The floor, a tile surface could be mopped more thoroughly. Socks that were worn while staying, came out fairl;y dirty.

Great staff. Clean room. The place is in excellent repair.

Not dislike but surprised. At $166 a night I expected at least a four-star modern place. The facility is about a dozen small cabins that appeared to be built in the 1950s. However, it is in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. I am familiar with what things looked like in the 50s. Except for the flat-screen TV, this place was like stepping back in time.

Well decorated, nice ambiance, comfortable bed, walking distance to downtown. Enjoyed the fireplace in our room as well as the fire pit outside.

Great decor that brought back the glory days of roadside motel lodges coupled with funky 60's interior decor. I loved the exterior and interior design of the property; the covered garage parking that was adjacent to my room; the bicycles that were available for guest use; the fun atmosphere created by the front office [check-in cocktail, exit bag of cookies] and the thoughtful housekeeping crew. Nothing not to like here...see for yourself!

The whole property was so unique and quaint. We came to Prescott with nowhere to stay and I was looking for hotels with the best reviews when The Motor Lodge popped up. I went ahead and booked it and could not be happier with my choice. Mark greeted us with a free drink and showed us to our room. He was extremely helpful and nice. At night, they turn the fire pits on so you can sit out on the community patio (although you have your own, just doesn’t have a fire pit on it) after coming back from the LazyG Brewery! The bathroom is super tiny but it didn’t bother us any.

Spacious retro unit with a full kitchen and a lovely porch. Comfortable bed and super friendly staff. Just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Prescott. We just loved the vibe of the place.

The decor was cool, it was a cute room.

Friendly staff, but overpriced. No microwave, parking was tight, gross dirty carpet should be replaced with hard wood floors, couldn't turn the fireplace on.

From check-in to check-out, it was a great experience. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to fall in love with! Quaint rooms, with extremely comfortable beds. Each room has a designated parking space and a fun patio to hang out on. Cute little retro touches all over the place and the lady helping us (forgot her name) was so nice and helpful. Amazing brewery within walking distance and we were told the Mexican restaurant across the street was also good. Will have to try that one next time. Nothing bad to say and will definitely stay here again.

It’s a good sign of excellent lodgings when you don’t wa mmm t to leave (and there is no pool, no restaurant!). This was end of 8 day road trip thru six states..the Motor Lodge didn’t disappoint, as well as Prescott! Superior bedding and bath towels, great fireplace, good small kitchen, nice open patio in front of room, carport with bicycles available, great front office staff (Sara). Can’t wait to recommend/return!
