Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for access to downtown Prescott. Also included a small bag breakfast, which was an unexpected bonus.

Really, there wasn't anything we particularly had issue with; however, the cleaning staff doesn't tend to the room unless requested. Perhaps if we'd stayed longer than two days that would've been different.

It was small but cozy. The privacy was good for the closeness of units. Didn't hear any noises through adjoining walls. The small bathroom window with screen nice for letting fresh air in. The back window view was green with tree branches/leaves for shady, nature view. The hot water was quick to faucet. The Direct TV had great reception. The office staff and cleaning person we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Very good coffee in office in AM and a thoughtful 'breakfast to go" bag for anyone needing a little something to snack on, on departure. The price was good for this small but cozy room.

The mattress wasn't quite firm enough for my back. Found one black bug between sheet & blanket the 2nd morning. Parking was a tight and leaving out onto the street was a bit scary seeing cars coming from south on the curve was tricky.

The room was very clean and the AC worked very well!! The TV had great selection of channels the wifi worked better than my last hotel in Sedona!!!! The staff called me when I hadn't arrived and made arrangements for me to get there very late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not say I didn't like but the room could have used a box of kleenex and a door rug inside the door since you do walk in directly from the parking lot. And full length mirror maybe to hang on the closet.

Loved the grab and go breakfast, comfortable room & bed. Pool looked great, but I missed my chance to use it.

it was a cosy one story motel where you drive up to the door- old school. The bed was very comfortable. it was quiet. the room had a microwave, frig and coffee maker. The shower was great and there were plenty of towels. The front desk staff was friendly. there was a grab and go breakfast- fresh fruit and different bars- great idea. The coffee was decent. the location was convenient and I walked my dog in the neighborhood behind the motel which was very nice.

Loooved the pool - revitalizing laps in the sun after a day of heavy concentration. Comfy bed and pillows, quiet fridge, lovely trees in back window, big front window, communal outdoor tables and chairs, peaceful area and motel.

A/C was on, dialed to 60 F when I arrived after 5:00 p.m.! I turned it off of course, but that fact didn’t match the sustainability claim of the motel, especially with curtains left open and the afternoon sun pouring in.

It was my second stay in this Motel. The room is nice. The location is good, only 1 mile away from the center. Staff, especially the housekeeper, was very friendly. The pool was clean.

The coffee machine wasn‘t cleaned, there were still the coffee pads and coffee. There was one mattress a bit worn out and there was a dirty spot on one pillow case. In front of every entrance it wasn‘t cleaned nicely.

Location, location, location. Delightfully retro, even had a brass room key. This is the kind of quiet neighborhood in the tall pines where people jog and walk their dogs. They had advertised a $100 damage deposit, but no one bothered to collect it.

It's showing its age, could use a little updating, I noticed a few stains on the carpet, smudges on the door, the shower handle was hard to turn. No one said anything about breakfast and I didn't miss it, since the room had a coffee maker and microwave, and I brought food.

Location 💛💛💛💛💛, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in a roomy room. Also, cable tv and full bathroom with bathtub!... Parking was easy and assigned. Filtered water available in front office along with a Grab & Go breakfast sack! Ice machine within very short walking distance from room as well as a swimming pool....All rooms are well insulated so you don't hear the neighbors or street noise... I always stay here when visiting Prescott.

I don't have any negative thoughts to share. I'm sorry I didn't take photos of motel to share, but I will next time. However, the photos online are quite accurate... I always get the best sleep here!

Nice decor for the price, comfortable room and very clean. Linens were fresh & soft and all surfaces were clean. My room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. Pet friendly too. Unfortunately I arrived much later than expected and the office was closed; however they made arrangements to get the key to me and directions to my room.

Everything was spotless except the coffee maker, it was dusty. Obviously hadn't been used in awhile and whoever cleaned missed it. Also, because I arrived late I did not get the wi-fi password but that was my fault, not theirs.
