Location was really good for our stay.

Only cleaned the room once during the week we were there and we had to regularly ask for supplies for the room.

Very modern and clean, hotel was nice and breakfast was decent. Would have been a wonderful trip had it not been for the wrestlers

There was a whole wresting camp staying there at the same time we did. The elevators were smelly and the laundry room was a disgusting mess. The wrestlers would go up to do their laundry and strip down to their underwear and then they would throw other people’s laundry on the floor if the cycle was complete and they needed the washer or dryer! So rude and disrespectful, they also ran up and down the halls all night making a lot of noise, if I had known it would be this way I would not have stayed regardless of how great the rooms were

You need to offer more basic TV channels than what you do charging $19 for a movie that’s been out for a month or two is outrageous. You should have a new movies for 695 instead of 1995 that’s a Jip and all those movies that were on the pay-per-view been out for like three weeks or so so I think you slide on that

Great location for ASU's Family Weekend. Was very close to Sun Devil Stadium, restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything was easy walking distance away. We've stayed at Tempe Mission Palms, the Marriot on Forest, and now this property. This is our favorite so far due to the location, cleanliness, ease of check-in, friendly staff, parking, and free breakfast daily. We will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again.

We love animals, but would prefer if the property wasn't dog friendly. However, we didn't notice any smells and overall, the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was great. I think the hours should be extended an hour or so. We were there for our daughter's "Move-In" for the ASU dorm. The location was PERFECT. walking distance to pretty much everything.

Had to call for extra towels several times before it was delivered.

Front desk clerk was great when I checked in. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect if you're attending an ASU basketball game. parking was convenient and reasonably priced and they let you keep it until 3 PM the day you check out which allowed me to leave my car there when I went to the ball game.

there was road construction in the area, and it was a little hard to find the entrance.

Comfy place. Great beds. Welcoming staff.

Only complaints were the soap is cheap and takes forever to wash off, and the coffee was pretty much tea

The rooms were grand! also saw someone cleaning somewhere. and the roof deck with pool and bar was amazing!!! the breakfast changed from day to day and sooo yummy! lots of good choices!

There was some construction going on next door and it a a bit close to Phoenix air port lots of plans Landing and taking off but not to annoying.

Breakfast was fine. The beds were very comfy. We did have one issue...we left to go up to the pool and when we came back the security dead bolt was locked! We could not get in our room. We have no idea how that happened. It shouldn't lock unless someone is in there, but it did with nobody in there. We had to wait quite a while until someone could get us in there.

The service at the bar (we ordered food and drinks) was mediocre at best. I'm sure the kitchen was short staffed, but it took over an hour for our food to come out...and it was just appetizers!

I booked this hotel because of how close it was to an event my family and I were attending. The front desk staff was excellent! I had a great experience checking in and out during my stay.

The bar/restaurant staff seemed a little bothered. Maybe if there was a way to order food for my family without having to go up to the bar?
