the rooms were decent sized, the beds and pillows were comfortable. And the breakfast was good. the hotel was within walking distance to many things so that was also a plus.

the pool was tiny for how large this hotel is and it says they have two pools, but that is not the case. there is only one pool and that is on the roof. the rooftop bar next to the pool never had someone in it and when the hotel was booked they didn’t say customers had to pay 15.00 a day to park in the parking garage. the front desk staff had only one nice and personable person named Grace and a gentleman that was there during the night. the rest of the front desk staff were not friendly at all.

Location is great, comfy beds, and breakfast is free. Nice rooftop bar but it was not open. Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. H-bar bartender was helpful.

Too expensive for providing no daily housekeeping. Booking.com advertised a room with a tumble dryer— they have no such rooms at this location. Hyatt points don’t apply if you use booking.com. Breakfast was poor— they couldn’t keep up with demand— ran out of almost everything all three mornings (oatmeal even!), yogurt station was sloppy, could have done with more cleaning, and those processed scrambled eggs could have at least been warm.

The location was awesome. The check in was fast and easy. The check in staff was so friendly. He gave my 9 year old daughter her own room key. She thought she was so big opening all the doors and getting the elevator going. That made her day. The breakfast the next morning was amazing. The room size was perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast had many choices including vegan. The room was comfortable. Although there was construction right next door, it didn't disrupt our stay.

Pool was very small. Food choices at the restaurants were quite limited and expensive. We would have eaten at the hotel more often if there had been a few healthier options.

The room was larger than expected and there shower was awesome!

The hotel was awesome but their parking situation was terrible. You have to use another facilities parking garage and pay 15 dollars per night with the hotel room key, only one car is covered, my friend got charged 32 bucks for parking because their garage doesn't charge per 24 hours it charges by the day, so even with a late check in, at midnight she was charged for an extra day.

Location was great. Right in the heart of ASU. Good location to venture out from to see all of the Phoenix Metroplex. Staff were and were patient and courteous even though they were full during a event weekend.

I would have preferred to not have to pay for parking. Other than that the hotel met my expectations and I would stay there again when visiting Phoenix.

The hotel was really clean, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of selections. Many places that are closeby and walkable. Parking structure was next to the building with a lot of parking. Happy that checkout was at 12pm. The pool is on the roof top with great views.

The breakfast was good. The gym hours, and your own Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool bar was a great addition, but an option for vegan burger would do well.

A long-distance call i didn't make:( An option for turkey bacon or turkey sausages. An extra trash bin in eating area. Also, a waffle maker would be a good addition:)

Comfortable bed, room was very clean, shower was amazing. Location is great, restaurants, bars, malls nearby. You need your room key to access the elevators and stairs. The breakfast (included) is amazing

The bar by the pool lacks presentation on beverages (mixed drinks). No one on the pool to check safety, kids were running and diving(I believe it starts with the parents following the rules).

For visiting during the pandemic they did a good job with still offering a decent breakfast. The little store was nice when needing medicine.

Having to pay for parking was a pain. Luckily the university was out of session otherwise parking might have been hard to find. The door to the bathroom was broken when we first got into our room. Maintenence came and fixed it right away which was good. Having a master light switch in the room was weird. It would be nice if the front desk would let you know so you don't have to call them to figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I didn't like that the bathroom door did not seal all the way. Having the back part open because it is a sliding door doesn't leave much for privacy.
