Property was excellent and covered all the basic kitchen supplies including dishwasher soap and detergent. Out of all excellent breakfast. I stayed there from August 5th through August 22. We really enjoyed the close proximity to everything. Staff was great, Car parking is secure.

People with pets are stupid. They were not cleaning after the pet, even though property provided special trash cans and trash bags for pets. There were dog poop everywhere

The breakfast was good, loved the waffle maker. The locations perfect right next to the mall pretty much a one stop shop with just about everything you need, not to mention a wide verity of fast food and restaurants within walking distance. The staff has exceptional customer service skills. My family and I would definitely make this our main stay when needed as well as my friends and their families! Thank you for all your company does too make our stay feel as close to home as it can get.

Only complaint really is how loud the traffic is.

The location. The two bedrooms. The kitchen. It was relatively quiet.

At breakfast, the eggs were watered down, the juices were all watered down. When I went to check out at 445am, there was another person waiting and no staff. I didn't have time to wait for staff to show up. The other person had been waiting for a while. The City was repairing water lines and we had no water from 8pm until around 2am. Not the hotels fault. Just an inconvenience.

Cleanliness

Staff was not friendly and the refund of the deposit should not take 14 days!! That’s ridiculous!! If anything the most 5 business days. It portrays your property like this is a shotty business trying to get an additional +$250. Please share that with the district and regional mgrs.

Front desk personnel, the entire staff was super friendly and polite. Nice location, decent breakfast, excellent customer service. The facility was very clean. The suites wirh two rooms and two bathrooms excellent for a family of five. Highly recommend this place.

The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast choices are plentiful. The staffs are friendly. We arrived at the hotel half an hour earlier, but the staffs are kind enough to check us in since the room was ready for us.

I requested a baby crib, but I found no trace of it in our room.

Basketball court and area for dogs was fun.. The bed was amazing. The water was hot and stayed hot. Breakfast was so nice. 2 warm entrees cereal and waffles as well as breakfast sandwiches and bagels or toast. Juice coffee milk as well.

The floor was carpeted and was hard to keep clean so we bought a vacuum.

It was ok. Only stopped in for it once.

People hanging out in the parking lot at night. Also my wife had lady issues and asked explained her issue to one of the housekeepers and told them we needed new bedding came back to the hotel late that night with no new bedding. Had to call the front desk and then guy working the night shift walked it over for us.

Housekeeping could’ve been done daily if not every other day. Ran out of towels, toilet paper and needed to get it from reception. 3 people in one room also maybe you could’ve added bedding for the sofa

Breakfast was Excellent, Great variety, hot. Rooms had enough to be able to prepare a small meal. Bed/couch comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch

There seemed to be some unquestionable people hanging around our area.
