Easy in n out, location close to fwy, clean on the inside. Rooms are good size & very clean. Bed is comfy. Staff friendly. Didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast but it didn't look bad. We weren't sure we were gonna stay another night or needed a late check out, but the hotel assistant manager, Shawn was extremely accommodating.

I wouldn't really call it a mall you are next to. Parking lot is open & people are just hanging out that you can tell are not part of the hotel. This place only has a pool, no jacuzzi. And sitting area around the pool needs a little help. Differently an older hotel but serves the needs for a few nights stay.

This stay here was amazing! The rooms were quite large and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciate having clean towels and having my trash bins cleaned daily. The pool was neat and the area was clean. I like how there was a security on site 24/7....It is why I mainly changed my booking from the Holiday in to SpringHIll Suites.

Checking in was somewhat frustrating, I waited a good 15 minutes to be checked in. Then to get towels for the pool it was a long wait again. Breakfast was OKAY! I hated that there was a long the line to heat every breakfast item. The loud Mexican music was annoying but once I dozed off it wasn't problem. Sunday morning the water was cold, but it was a big problem.

What I liked was the location, it was close to eating places and a mall, and close to freeways. I liked the variety of food that they had every morning, it wasn't the same thing everyday. The beds were comfortable, the room was big, and the place was quiet. It felt safe and cozy.

There's nothing that I didn't like, everything was great.

The room was amazing. O stayed in this hotel after having stayed at 3 different locations during this trip, and not only was it the nicest room of all the places, it was also the cheaper one of the 4, despite being the longest stay of the 4!

The location is pretty bad. Definitely do not leave anything in your vehicles, and lock your car up every time. I personally did not leave the hotel after dark.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone visiting Phoenix to this hotel. It’s a few minutes from the airport, the mall, and local restaurants.

I would’ve loved to be in an area where other tourists were to be able to get purchase souvenirs, however I still enjoyed my stay.

Room was ok

1st room we checked into had food crumbs on the couch and refrigerator was dirty. I called the front desk and told them. The clerk gave us another room next door. This room also had food crumbs on the couch and ottoman/coffee table. I didn't call front desk about it because we were tired fr our long drive.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ladies who served breakfast were also very welcoming.

Couch wasn't a pullout, it was a twin trundle underneath which wasn't ideal for our kids. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time.

location is central to everything. the property is well maintained and the staff was exceptionally trained and very pleasant, helpful and professional.

The walls seemed a little thin. I wish the rooms were a little quieter.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and allowed us to extend our stay with no problems. The facility was clean and breakfast was exceptional!

Restroom did not have extraction fan so showers made the room get stuffy and unfortunately restroom smells linger

Perfect place to stay when you have to travel all over tempe. Right down the street from mills mall. Rooms are very spacious and really accommodate my family.

The water pressure was not as great as it had been for our past stays. The faucet dripped for a long time after shutting off the water in the tub. The bathroom light would shut off randomly or take a few seconds to turn on completely.
