Very quiet laid-back it was clean I shut the door didn't hear anything very like I said very comfortable I truly enjoyed the room and the beginning of the staff had issues when the next day when I was supposed to check out.

I didn't like the fact that I had called their reservation place and her extended by safe through them I had not yet went and paid for it but I did not like the way that I was approached by the I don't know if it's property manager or by the ground manager I'm not sure the gentleman was quite a big bigger than me and to me he was very rough very rude he didn't want to listen to my explanation he was threatening he's threatened to call the police if I didn't get out it was it was a bad scene so I canceled obviously and didn't stay

The front office personnel was exceptional in helping with laundry that the dryer at the facility did not operate her name is Diana and worked second shift. The other person in the front office was Nicole and she helped with all my booking to stay at this facility. The front office personnel was fantastic and because of their actions I will say another time at this hotel. You have an exceptional crew here especially in the front office area kudos to everybody okay

Did not have breakfast. Room was nice & clean.

Too many people outside hanging around the parking lot, not sure if they did have a room. It made me a little uneasy and had to keep checking on my vehicle. Didn't see Security present. Need more Security!

I like that the location was close to the shopping mall. It was convenient considering that I had to walk. Overall my room had a microwave and refrigerator so it was worth it!

The first room I got checked into was not cleaned unfortunately so I moved to a different room. If you want to check in early you have to wait until 3am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms could be cleaned better. The television did not work and we were not allowed to change rooms to have a working television because we didn’t discover it right away. I felt that was unfair and deceptive. The room should have the working amenities that you are sold.

There was no breakfast because of the kitchenette that was included in the unit. The handles on the range were broken but we really didn't use the kitchenette other than the refrigerator because we had preferred eating out during the time we were there.

There were dogs above us and next to us that barked most of the time and that was somewhat irritating.

The area is good. Gas near by. Dennys near by. Stayed here twice now. I like it. My room this time didn’t have any kitchen cooking stuff but there was a microwave and stove. Refrigerator was clean too.

I liked everything in the kitchen. Bathroom is clean. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room. Plenty of fridge space. TV channels were good.

The stove didn't work.

Beds were comfortable and tv was nice.. the kitchenette was nice .. I'd stay here again even if it is a little pricey. The pet walking area was good. But the doggy poop bags are never available or restocked.

It was just a bit to pricey for 2 nights. And the room had baby beetles in the bathroom and the water pressure was fair.
