Stopped for a night before going into Grand Canyon. Everything was nice, short drive to the little town for food and grocery and reasonably prced gas etc.

Free parking lot, wide spacious room, deeply renovated. It was very quiet, ideal for sleeping. It is in the outskirts of Williams, a very important town on Route 66 and that makes it perfect for resting too. The room has all the necessary things to spend a night or two.

I was 10 days travelling thru Utah and Arizona and it was the poorest breakfast that I had. Bread just included sandwich bread, no bagels. There was no cream cheese to prepare toasts or no muffins or rolls, which I could enjoy everywhere else, for instance. There were no eggs of any kind either. I consider the price to be a little high, taking into account the quality/price relation, though I understand that it is just 50 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park and Williams is pretty much visited.

We had a great stay. The room was good and the hotel is in a great location for visiting the grand canyon. I wanted to give kudos for the lady that was helping with breakfast this morning 8/22/23, I believe her name is Mary. I asked her if they provided a plant base milk as I am lactose intolerant, she said they didn't and she was sorry, I relied not to worry and that I usually travel with almond milk but I didn't have any with me. I left and went back to my family, she came find me and asked me to follow her back in the kitchen, she said that she had her almond milk in the fridge and she was happy to share some with me. This kind gest made my day and I was very thankful. She is a great employee!!

Not sure what to expect when booking the room, but the attraction was the proximity to the Grand Canyon without the exorbitant cost of lodging at the canyon. The lobby and room were very clean, looked newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and parking is FREE!! Breakfast was included in a buffet style. Eggs, toasts, fresh batter for waffles and much more. Thank you Quality Inn.

The carpet in the hallways needs replacing. I am hopeful this is next after renovating the rooms. Towels were clean but need replacing as well.

The room was updated, clean, roomy. The shower had excellent water pressure. The bed and linens were fairly comfortable, the flatscreen tv was on the smaller side, but it worked. The included breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, English muffins, bread, waffles, assorted cereals, juices, a variety of coffee options, etc. And let’s be real; for a place ideally located an hour from one of the USA’s most visited places, the price per night (under $115 including tax) is very reasonable.

No elevators.

We just stayed overnight on our way from LA to Grand Canyon. Room was spaceous, clean, all appliances working fine. Highway is close not to loose any time and the town centre with restaurants is just a very short drive away.

The breakfast is exactly what you expect at any Quality Inn. The breakfast area could really be a bit bigger, but at least there was sufficient seating. There was a strong smell of desinfectant in the corridor leading to my room, but this means on the other hand that things get sanitized which is good.

The view from our room was just beautiful. It overlooked a meadow/forest area. The room was very clean and the staff was amazing! It was very quiet, and being completely smoke free in the whole facility was the best. It was in a quiet area but still close enough to everything.

The breakfast was good, but not great. Could use some variety. The mattress on the bed was also not so good. But the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Very large TV screen. Nice bureau with drawers for clothes, large desk and comfortable desk chair, comfortable beds, full hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc.), reasonable price so close to the Grand Canyon. Good internet connection. Stay here, not in Grand Canyon Park and save yourself plenty of money for a room. Price was only 1/3 the cost of staying in the park for 1 night and the room was much nicer than at the Maswik Lodge in Grand Canyon Park.

I booked this property a few hours before arriving, on a Saturday night. The night clerk was there to check me in, he gave me a room on the 1st floor and told me the best pplace to park. The next day, Crysten, the manager was gracious enough to provide a late check-out with out charging me to allow me the extra time I really needed that morning. I loved that this property was literally 10 seconds from the I-40, which I was travelling, and was easy to locate. The property was immaculately clean, as was my room. The breakfast, which was included; while not anything special, did offer more than many other properties - eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, a variety of coffee types.

It was a perfect location to access the train and to drive to the Grand Canyon

Breakfast was later than usual and I got chewed out for trying to grab something two minutes early. The Tv came on every four hours while trying to sleep
