Very clean facility!!! 🏠 everyone is exceptionally nice 👍 Comfortable bed 🛌 Breakfast is so delicious! I enjoyed the egg white vegi omelets with sausage gravy & a freshly baked cinnamon roll 😋 with hot tea ☕️ The pool area is nice & the water is refreshing with a view of ponderosa pines all around 🌲 The view from the upper level is so beautiful overlooking the mountains & town 😍 I will definitely be back for another visit along with my grandchildren ❤️

I didn't like that you can not close the curtain to make the room dark.

excellent customer service, front desk lady, happy, polite, helpful. bonus points - pie place in town delivers. was able to park my car near my room, so I could see it from my window.

Williams Hotel, room 123, grout and caulking in the shower needs to be torn apart and redone, done incorrectly, bound to have black mold behind it by now, badly missing grout at the floor near the doors of shower, reflected in the damage to the plaster outside the shower. plaster work that needs to be done/finished on the outside. Duct tape on fire alarm?, arm on Chair in room broken, No shower vent in the bathroom?! How do you expect wet room to dry without a vent?!

The hotel was clean and the facility updated. The front desk staff was very helpful. We were riding the train the next morning and this was so close. The breakfast was what we expected. There was a snow storm the night we stayed that also iced our cars. They had ice scrapers available for guests, which was so nice of them. We really appreciated it, having a rental car and nothing to scrape the snow/ice. Great experience!

It had the standard facility consistency that I expect from HIE. That’s why I prefer HIE, I know what I’m getting.

The young desk clerk was polite but incompetent. The on duty manager made up for it, but had to do everything herself. Also, the hallway carpet was excessively soiled. Although the structure was modern and rooms clean, the dark trail down the hallway took the quality down a notch or two. And, could not get my IHG Rewards to work. Kudos to the manager for effort.

close to the train to the Grand Canyon. Clean. Dove products were a great touch.

the pull out bed in the couch wasn’t as comfortable as some we have stayed at but it still worked fine. Would have been nice if the window coverings would close. Sun was bright in the room with the thin window coverings

Hotel is conveniently located not too far from the Grand Canyon (1h) and the little town is very cute. Breakfast was good and staff very nice.

The AC temperature in the room was not adjustable and there was not enough towels in the bathroom

The staff helped with bags to and from the room and helped my disabled family member to and from the room. They went above and beyond !

The breakfast could have been better but it was free and ok.

Loved how clean the rooms were and you can that staff took pride in that. Parking was great too!

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, little disappointed. For Covid, people were coughing area the food with no mask on so decide to leave because the of that and food wasn't warm.

no privacy office room to use for business. They did have a computer work area but no wall closure so you can hear the guest in the lobby or dining area so it’s not ideal for work zoom calls.

Good location

I asked about the possibility of an early check-in and was told rudely, "absolutely not." We traveled cross country and this holel was twice as expensive as our other holiday inn express hotels.
