we loved EVERYTHING about this newly reminted hotel! location was right downtown, across the street from a Safeways (Starbucks kiosk inside-bonus!) & a Dairy Queen (beware-the medium soft serve was HUGE-but delicious!). Decor was soo well done! loved all the pics of the namesake of the Hotel-founding pioneers of the Grand Canyon. the beds & pillows were some of THE most comfortable I have ever slept on (feels like the comfort of home!!!) most hotel pillows are synthetic & rubbery. not these! bed linens so soft & up to date. no stinky bedspread to contend with! all amenities modern & super appealing. shower stall nice with a great surround. towels a little on the thinner side. but, who cares when the rest of the room is one of the best rooms I have stayed in recently! hotel staff was the same, sweet gal behind the desk both nights! so kind & friendly. thank you for having a great hotel, an affordable rate, staff that is actually happy & welcoming. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! do not pass it by!

The Ellsworth was well above expectations. It is very clean, the staff goes above and beyond, the wine and beer bar in the lobby is very relaxing, they have an assortment of games, a pool table, etc. It is a new facility (a month old the staff said), and hopefully clientele don't 'trash' it. We will definitely stay there on future trips to Williams.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Weather was extremely cold and the pipes froze in the shower. Staff immediately gave us a room close to ours to shower.

We first, accidentally (my fault) were given an ADA room. Bathroom was very odd, no shelves or towel racks. Water leaked out of shower as shower head pointed out, shampoo/conditioner jet set on grab bar and fell. Very weird set up. Second night moved to a regular room - it was much better.

There was no breakfast. Just coffee which was very good. Snacks were $3 and up. Too much. I used the grocery across the street. I liked the hostesses. They were friendly and helpful. Place was quiet too. Bedding was great.

Room coffee maker was finicky and refrigerator froze my food. I think the thing that bothered me the most were the doors being so heavy. I have bum shoulder and it was hard to bring things in and out of the room especially when I needed both hands.

The hotel is newly renovated and was a pleasure to stay in. We were upgraded at check in for free to a room that had 2 queen beds in a massive room. Everything in the room is clean and new. The bed was very comfortable and there was little to no noise from the street below at night. There is free on-site parking and a supermarket directly opposite the hotel within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The lady at check in wasn't pleased to work. So my feelings. She didn't give me any clear information about where the elevator was and forgot to give me the wifi password, which would be her job to remember unless this information can be found in the room. I didn't ask because I was tired from a long drive. In the morning there was no one at the reception. just a sign that someone would be coming soon, while she was sleeping on the sofa hidden in a corner.

The hotel was very modern, clean and nice atmosphere. The rooms were small but clean. Staff were helpful and a bar in the lobby which was cool! There is a small gym and a laundry you can pay to do washing.

The walls were a little thin so could hear other guests. But overall bearable. Was expensive but the most affordable in town. Was annoying I didn’t have coins to do my washing :(

Booking was confusing. Originally 1 day. Expanded to two. But 2nd day wasn't forwarded to Hotel. So they had to work on straightening out. Cancelled 1cday reservation and rebooted for 2 days. Still. Card didn't work 2nd day because computer still showed 1 day. Had to get new room card for 2nd day. Hope we don't get double or crippled charged.

Absolutely the best place you can stay in Williams Arizona. Brand new remodel and done very well. So clean we were completely satisfied with the hotel.

They give you a lot of pillows on your king size bed, and they are all sleeping pillows, but they are so big and full. I think they need to have some that are thinner and squishier for people that prefer that type of pillow.

We made a temporary reservation on the same day. The price is cheaper than others, and although the whole room is not particularly big, it has everything. Shower, toilet, sink, bed, TV and a small coffee machine.
