The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and kind. The food delicious. The rooms were well appointed. The spa was exceptional and the treatments that we each had were wonderful and while they are on the higher price, they are great value for money and I will definitely be back

The elevator smelled of brass polish gone stale and had a very metallic smell. The bathroom in the room had a small toilet that was tucked in a corner so not so easy for an older person to use. On the Saturday of our stay there was a wedding. Slower than usual service is to be expected... the couple should have a magical day. However we ate in the sky lounge (?) and had to wait 45 minutes for chicken wings and an our for pizza. The wait staff NEED TO BE COMPLIMENTED FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL ABOUT ALL OF IT

The hotel is beautiful with a rich history that made it a fun place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the top of the hill. The pool was lovely with ample lounge chairs, tables and several cabanas with couches and armchairs. We loved the poolside bar service with cocktails for the adults and virgin frozen drinks for our kiddos. The outdoor bar was exceptionally fun—they have so many games to play, including a giant chess set, jenga, bocce, shuffleboard, axe throwing, corn hole and more. We lingered in the swinging chairs and had drinks while we played bocce. It was great to have several bars and eateries on the property. We had dinner at the pizza restaurant upstairs, and we appreciated the convenience. Plus the food was actually really good. It’s a bit pricey but we’re paying for the convenience. It was also nice to have the bar upstairs at night and we had a few drinks that we took down to the back porch. One exceptional part of our visit was the staff. It was my daughter’s 10th birthday and they made her feel special with a few little gifts (a sheet of stickers and a squishy ghost) and sweet comments. We love that the hotel really embraces its haunted reputation, it was fun to indulge in that. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a stellar experience all around. We’re already looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful grounds and exceptional staff. Truly a world-class level of care. The bellman Gavin was fantastic and worked to ensure our room transfer was seamless. Felt very accommodated. The history of the location and story give a lot to explore and it really has breathtaking views.

The value just kind of is not there. You pay quite a bit for rather shabby rooms. The bathroom stunk, the shower curtain was not long enough so the water just went everywhere, the lobby was very warm upon entering, the wifi was unsuitable so I had to use my wifihotspot for work and the rear stairs were not up to code so they were closed off. Also the spa, that you have to reserve could use with some cleaning as it was filled with gunk, half the jets worked and it was covered in leaves.

Staff was wonderful although I ordered birthday strawberries and wine for my daughter and checked on status several days ahead and several times, it was delivered a day late. They did apologize and admit it was their fault, but they didn’t offer and comp/discount.

No continental breakfast, no microwave or table in room & we got the King upgrade with balcony, Lighting was poor in the room, bathroom tub area was open to all in room and toilet had somewhat see through door. I took a mother-daughter trip so thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

Loved the views, the crescent calzone, the atmosphere, and the new moon spa. I think the main lobby is inviting and nostalgic. The heated pool, back veranda and the pizzeria on the fourth floor are excellent additions to the facility. The gardens, hiking trails and New Moon Spa make the 1886 Crescent Hotel a wonderful destination for the Eureka Springs area. The room was clean and all staff were friendly.

There were only a couple of things that would have made my stay better. The rooms don't have microwaves, which as a single traveler with that huge calzone, meant it was wasted. I was also disappointed that there was no place to hang my clothes in the room. The window unit A/C heat began making a knocking noise my last night. Parking was not great since many people were there for the Thanksgiving meal and there was no Valet. I believe if the room was upgraded a bit and valet added for the busy times my stay would have been a perfect 10.

The view is phenomenal, for a older hotel the place is updated well, our room was comfy and beautiful. TV in room is small but we hardly needed TV with so much to explore on this property. We sat on the balcony of the sky bar amazing view!

The food in the restaurant cost way to much for what they serve. We were very disappointed. If I could review the restaurant separately I would rate it as 3 on here.. The taste was ok but the portions were to small , we paid app $17-$20 per plate and didn't get full.

Very beautiful room. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Mini split was awesome. Michael, the doorman was very courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. Benny, the shuttle driver was quick knowledgeable and friendly.

Insufficient space for personal belongs. I would say a nice table and a set of chairs would have been good, along with empty shelving in the bathroom to put our toiletries and an actual closet space, not a small space over the mini fridge.

Spa services were great. Hotel is authentically preserved and very interesting. Room was functional and quaint. Restaurants and bars were great; pizza and drinks on the roof are a great way to end your day, breakfast buffet in the Crystal Ballroom is very tasty. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and cool and lots of towels available. Plenty of parking.

The roads up to the hotel are tricky. There are only two valet carts on the whole property to move luggage. That made it interesting on move out day when everyone else is trying to move out and there is only one elevator and two valet carts. There was a huge spider in our toilet when we checked in to the room.

Hotel is rustic and a fun place to stay.

Hotel is in need of some repairs. Paint on molding is peeling due to exterior moisture problem. Caulking in bathroom around tub is mildewed and toilet seal caulking poorly done. Door hand to bathroom pulled off and lighting is not great in room with one bulb out of main fixture. However it would be impossible to have everything perfect in a hotel built in 1886 and the issues are part of the charm in a way. If you are looking for perfection you won't find it here.

We loved the history and the vast amount of information about the hotel that was available. We absolutely loved the gorgeous building and property. Our room was very comfortable.

I did think the stars stamped on the walls in our room was not in keeping with the classic style and decor of the hotel. It cheapened the space. We went to the pizzeria and bar several times during our 2 night stay and the bartender was in a very bad mood & had horrible customer service skills. He was slamming and aggressively throwing boxes and crates of glasses. It was jarring and we could not relax and enjoy ourselves. His tone when he spoke was angry and we decided to go have a drink and relax in town. When we returned to the hotel later that evening, we stopped back by the bar in hopes that he was in a better mood and maybe we could enjoy a relaxing nightcap. No such luck.
