Loved all the unique decor and location. The breakfast they served was amazing, and a great add on. We stayed in the Robert Louis Stevenson room and they even had books written by him in the cottage. It was a great time and we loved the location and the set up we had especially for the festival. In downtown but away from all the crowds. The beds were absolutely amazing as well.

When we arrived, it was really confusing mainly due to the minimal parking. But again it is Eureka Springs. The room was beautifully decorated, however we didn’t have any ice bags and there was a bunch of water left in the ice container when we arrived. Not a big deal, however trying to locate and run the ice machine was interesting. 😅 The bathtub does drain water so you do have to keep filling it up when or if you take a bath. Other than those things, it was a great time.

I cant say enough good things about this place! it was cozy and quaint. Walking distance to downtown and also to pick up your trolley pass if you don’t want to walk! They have paid attention to every last detail! Cookies in the room, robes, coffee, tea, water, fresh cream for your coffee, comfy beds. Not to mention that breakfast was Fantastic! Also, Local Flavor (my favorite restaurant) is literally in front of you! I also want to mention that if you are traveling for a girls weekend, with family, or another couple: the Collette and Henry David Thoreau Suites are across the hall from each other in the purple house. You literally have the whole building to yourselves if you rent out both suites.

That I didn’t stay 3 nights :)

The Inn was fantastic and romantic in ambiance and location. The rooms were well appointed and thoughtfully staged. Nestled in woods behind Main Street it was charming and easily accessed.

The only problem with Cliff Cottage Inn was lack of personal human contact thru entire stay. No staff on premises. No one cleaned room, made bed or changed towels during our entire six day stay. All concerns were by text or phone call.

Check-in at the Cliff Cottage in still adheres to no-contact, which worked out just fine. There were plenty of instructions and notes to give us the information we needed (although it would have been nice to meet our lovely hosts). Breakfast was served to our room in the morning, and it was hot, tasty, and exactly the right amount. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch and the Zelda theme room made us want to learn more about Zelda Fitzgerald - especially loved the quotes of and about her to round out the experience.

Everything was fantastic! The breakfasts served were freshly made, creative and delicious. The cottage was gorgeous; designed with originality, built with excellent craftmanship and appointed with class and imagination. The location was perfect for us, great restaurants a short walk away.

Lack of grab bars on the shower walls. Some of us seniors have trouble getting out of the tub and safely using the shower.

Wonderful breakfast. Perfect location. Walk down some stairs and in town. Close to restaurants and shopping and attractions. Walkable area. Felt very safe. If you are not a walker there is a trolley.

Typically nice to meet the owners but we did not but that was ok in light of illnesses that go round and their efforts which are top notch to keep themselves and guests safe. The high dining taxes and other taxes in town.

Everything…. it truly felt like a home away from home. All the small details made us feel so appreciated and so welcome. The owners should truly be proud of what they are offering. Your not only doing a good service your creating a life time of lasting memories. Every morning when the breakfast came my Fiance and I couldn’t help but look at each other and smile. Such an amazing experience.

I truly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Beautifully decorated room. Great location. Nice tasty breakfast. Parking in front of the room in the Inn's lot.

Safety issues. Definitely not a good choice for older people, mobility challenged, intoxicated, or otherwise impaired guests. There is no banister for stairs up to the room. Rug on carpet at the end of the bed curled up and tripped us. I had to roll it and push it under the bed. Bathtub/shower unusable for all those with balance or flexibility issues as it is high and no handhold exists. I traveled with a 90yo, however safety issues were a concern for us both.

The location of our accommodations was so convenient to downtown! The room had everything you could possibly want. It was spacious, clean, attractive, comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and fresh coffee provided. The loveseat was a terrific place to read with the windows open to the town below. The breakfast was very nice.

Due to the vintage nature of the home, the stairway up to the room is a bit steep, but there is a handrailing.

This was the most perfect little spot! Thank you for letting us celebrate the New Year 2022 with you. Mentionable notes include the Jacuzzi tub fit for two, the hot, homemade breakfast punctually served to your bedroom door at 9am (quiche, tomato with cream and avocado spread, wheat English muffin and juice), and all the cute details like plate of cookies, chilled wine, and a warm, perfectly-decorated victorian room with welcoming classical music. Super central! Just simply perfect. Future visitors should make sure and take a walk around the property to enjoy the scenic views and adorable neighbouring cottages.

Nothing! This spot is perfect!
