Super 8 by Wyndham Eureka Springs

The breakfast was awesome, staff was fantastic and very friendly. The cobbler with ice cream in the evening was a great treat!!

The property is very dated and needs some maintenance and repair. The pool area really needs a new coat of paint (at least one). It was all chipped off and peeling. The windows in the pool area were really in need of a good cleaning! Especially since that is the view that is on your website. The dead flies need to be cleaned from the windows at the bottom. The tops of the windows were good. I didn't like that our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had dirty towels and trash in the floor when we left.

The staff was amazing, the hot breakfast was well stocked and always hot. The cobbler and ice cream was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable and clean. The trolley stopped right out front.

There was mold in our shower and rust around the bottom of the toliet. It is a older motel so there is paint peeling in the pool and hot tub. The chlorine was WAY to strong. It smelled like straight bleach and caused a rash on our skin. There was also a woman with multiple kids that allowed her child to physically assult multiple guests.

Grounds were pretty and mostly well kept. Room was large , very clean and very comfortable.

Different meats for breakfast. Sweep stairs. Don't put so much chlorine in pool. Smell was so strong it took our breath away when we walked in the area. My big complaint is no kind of maid service. Had to go get towels, toilet paper, etc.., all the other hotels i have stayed at ,maid knocks on door and ask if we need anything everyday. Not once were we asked if we needed anything. So maid service sucked!!!!! I feel like covid 19 is an excuse not to provide a very important service we pay for. It is not the customer's responsibility to beg for towels, soaps, toilet paper, or trash bags!

The front desk staff was amazing (very polite, cheerful and always helpful). Enjoyed the pie and ice cream in the evening.

Stayed in room 212. Rooms alittle outdated but bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink had something stuck in drain and didn't drain very well. Had rolly pollies in bathroom. Had a couple of cockroaches crawl up wall behind tv. No upper security lock on room door. No housekeeper cleaned room during our 2 day stay or replaced towels (had to ask at front desk for more towels).

The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. One morning the gravy was a bit off tasting and the guy working fixed it and it was better the rest of the week. The room was big enough that 4 people were not tripping over each other trying to get around in it. When my husband asked a question about nearby swimming/fishing, the manager and his wife went out of their way to answer his questions and even brought us brochures on the places they had found.

I wish we had figured out the "dry" option on the room AC earlier in the week. It was so clammy and muggy in the room and it was actually a cooler weather pattern. Once we changed it, the room was much better. Also, the pool was clear the last time we stayed at this hotel and this time it was quite murky so our boys did not swim much.

We enjoyed our stay! Front desk people were awesome! Our room faced the wooded area and we enjoyed the view! Breakfast was a great addition as well with more options than most places! We would stay here again for sure!

Well, we unknowingly came on spring break and there was a lot of noise going on around us, a lot. Front desk Regulator was on it quick though! it was resolved pretty quick and easy. We also got bit by some ticks but it’s backed up next to the woods.

Outstanding staff and consistent indoor pool activities. We've been staying at Wyndham for over 3 years, 2-4 times a year to visit our parents living in Eureka Spings and my 13yr old twin daughters love that there's ALWAYS a family movie playing in the atrium right at the pool & jacuzzi EVERY night! You can't beat that entertainment! Thank you to the best hospitality staff I have ever come across, you are a big part of why we can't wait to get back to visit and have made the time between visits shorter and shorter over the years 😁

There's never been anything we didn't like! The best facilities and friendliest staff have given us 3 years of wonderful memories and we continue making more as we will not stay anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I had two rooms. When we arrived we were given two rooms side by side with an adjoining door. I have never had a hotel care that much about rooms being together or adjoining. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (my boys loved the cinnamon rolls). They had sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. Nightly they offer cobbler and ice cream and play a movie by the pool. The customer service was the better than any hotel. I was highly impressed and will stay again if in Eureka. Last, our rooms were in the back by the trees, so the view was great.

There is nothing not to like at this place.

The staff -Lyn and Rick- were extremely all about the customer and the service we received. No bed bugs, clean, excellent breakfast (not a typical motel breakfast) and they accommodated our request for a wonderful view. Also, the location of the motel is perfect!! It was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Thanks

Lol. It took us a minute to figure out how to open the gate to the pool. But it was a very nice pool area and hottub.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was close to everything. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, sticky buns, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. They do a complimentary cobbler and ice cream every night and there’s several different options in flavor. Also they play a movie every night in the pool area. heated pool and hot tub.
