I can’t rave enough!!! Location is amazing & staff is even more amazing! Kaleb & Sue at front desk so friendly and seem to LOVE their job which is hard to find especially these days. Voodoo bar on the property had the best drinks I’ve ever had (no lie)! & the manager of bar is a fresh of breath air & as sweet as people come!

The queen suite bathroom is a little tight. Parking is a little rough because of double parking the staff has to keep keys to move your car if blocking person in & someone not staying at hotel blocked us in and we had to wait for them to move…..

This hotel was super cozy and convenient. The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! They went as far as to make dinner reservations for us! I would go back a million times over!!!

The air conditioner rattled a little bit. My husband is a contractor in construction so he knew how to make that stop but for average guests that might be a teeny tiny bit uncomfortable. But that was the ONLY thing we didnt enjoy. This place was AMAZING!!

We loved being right in the heart of downtown. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we were delighted with such a comfortable bed!! The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Sue is THE BEST!!!!!

Nothing to dislike. It’s amazing! We were warned ahead of time there’s no elevator. We parked in the loading area. Took our luggage out of the car and let them park it. Easy!

The hotel is over 100 years old so it had lots of charm. Our room was very spacious but that was reflected in the price we paid. The hotel was nicely decorated and there were so many period touches. The major issue was no elevator. Having to carry bags up three flights of stairs was not easy for a senior citizen.

No elevator. The bar closed before 8 pm and the drinks were silly expensive.

When you walk in, you are immediately delighted by the sights and sounds of an award-winning hotel. The room, staff, bar, well, everything, was beyond exceptional! New Orleans jazz plays while the staff parked our car, sent up our luggage and made us a drink. Being from South Louisiana we were delighted to see the furnishings and decor of the Big Easy in its 40's heyday. Well done New Orleans Hotel. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Eureka. Decor is excellent and made us feel like we were stepping back to an earlier era, in a good way. Jacuzzi tub in the room was a huge hit.

Our ONLY complaint was the lack of an elevator but this is a minor inconvenience/first world problem. Worst case you are going up 3 flights(which we were). The extra exercise just allowed us to order dessert after dinner.

Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! All the staff we encountered were very helpful. The location was awesome, right by everything we wanted to do. The valet and private parking were nice.

This is a historic building and the room we booked was very small, but again, it’s a historic building and was what we were expecting. If you want sleek and modern Eureka is probably not the city for you. No breakfast included in the stay. No fridge or microwave in our room, I’m not sure about the other rooms (we booked the Queen w/ shower.) All that being said, we would absolutely stay again!

I liked how unique the hotel was. It is an old hotel and we enjoyed staying there. They also had a great bar.

We liked everything, however it might be nice for other's to know that there are no elevators and you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, this includes from the parking lot and inside the hotel. Lot's of stairs.

The voodoo lounge bar has great drinks. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is great, right up the stairs from our favorite restaurant. The rooms are clean and the spa tub is divine. There's a dimmer light in the bathroom so very romantic!

The pillows are my only complaint. They should be bigger and softer and maybe throw an extra 2 on the beds!

jacuzzi tub, staff, kindness of every staff person we met, great coffee each morning available in lobby, location made it easy to walk to most things that we were interested in doing, shuttle depot was a short walk from our room, so we purchased a 2-day pass and rode to a winery, antique stores and to dinner our last evening!

I wouldn't change a thing!
