We enjoyed so many things about our stay at Osage Creek. The pool and yard were awesome for our 4 kids! The hot tub pavilion was one of the best we've experienced in our travels. The room was just big enough for us with a decent area in the bathroom nook to store our luggage.

The breakfast would be our only "didn't like" and it was not even that bad. I would just have to comment that maybe different choices be available every couple of days instead of the same items offered. Otherwise, they kept it so clean and organized and the breakfast staff so so incredibly friendly.

The location was PERFECT to catch the trolley out front. Very well appointed lobby as you felt like you were walking in the past. Everything excellent condition and clean. (Furniture & fixtures &drapes) Breakfast area was always clean and well maintained. Selection adequate. Housekeeping did a fantastic job on everything in the hotel. (Big Plus). The gym and sauna was very well maintained as well. Aqua area was inviting and relaxing.

There were a some front desk customer service that I assume were new and could use some guidance on hospitality as they are the face that first greets you and sets a tone representing the facility. Everybody can have a bad day but after all IF it's not your vibe then probably best to move on. Sorry but I just had to mention this as it does happen to change the tone of start to your day.

The room (132) was clean, bed comfortable. A desk would have been nice as we were both using our computers.

I felt the breakfast offerings were sub-par. On the first morning I had strawberries, or tried to have, as they had already reached that fizzy stage. Obviously all frozen. A few/better hot options would have been great... It was evident that our building had been renovated, new carpet and paper...but the bathroom door was delaminating and shredding, eliminating all the nice updates.

Don't listen to the few negative reviews. This place is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in and we travel a LOT. Yes there is a dispensary in the lobby. It is a separate building from the rooms so there is no marijuana smell coming from the dispensary into the rooms. Wasn't even any smell in the lobby! Smoking and vaping IS PROHIBITED on the property but the dispensary's prices are the best in the state. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly as pictured on the website and super clean. Breakfast was standard cold breakfast.

Check-in & staff were efficient and friendly. They had turned on our room A/C, making arriving at an already cooled-down room nice. The beds are amazingly comfortable and have great pillows. The free continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. Lots of pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and drinks. They even had individually wrapped egg, cheese & bacon rounds in a mini freezer that you could heat in the microwave, which was very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again on our next visit.

Location was great… Room was very spacious and comfortable… price was awesome!

We were put in a handicap accessible room (not sure why) and when we first walked in it seriously had a nursing home smell. We for use to it after a whole but each time we went out and came back in the odor was so strong. Other than the smell it was great… and if we wouldn’t have already unpacked all of our things we probably would’ve asked to switch but we were exhausted! AC was good and cold, shower good and hot, bed nice abs comfy! Just that smell! 🥴

I had no expectations at all for this hotel. Everything was sold out in the town or a room was over $300 at other hotels. I took a chance Osage Creek Lodge. I arrive and am greeted with a wonderful and cool staff - especially the staff member named Skylar. She was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations (I had been to Eureka Springs hundreds of times but not as an adult). Loved the facilities, room, parking, free continental breakfast and the fact that dogs are allowed. Easy access to downtown via trolley or about a mile down hill to central downtown. 100% will stay again and I would recommend the lodge to anyone. Thank you!

Nothing - it was clean, very well staffed and couldn’t have asked for more.

When my boyfriend and I get away without kids we ALWAYS get a jacuzzi tub. This is by far the BEST we've ever had! It was very clean, no rings even after we got out. The pool and hot tub were great as well. This will be our go to spot every time we visit Eureka Springs now! And if you want a good place to eat, the Spring on Main was amazing! I've been craving their charcuterie board and millionaire bloody mary ever since we left!

My only complaint is that the bed is a little firm and the curtains need to be cleaned.

Overall really really good just a few little things that accumulate over 4 days. Staff were great, pool was awesome, easy check in and out, easy parking. No laundry on site but one a short distance away.

Not enough shade at the pool - need bigger and more umbrellas. Pillows on bed too thick / fat and couldn't be punched flatter so got a stiff neck! Healthier options at breakfast would be good but we made do with fruit and yoghurt.

The room was nice and clean, Everything was tidy on that front. We didn't partake in the breakfast while there so we can't say anything about that. We stayed in a room with one king bed and it all met expectations of what you would expect from a well kept and clean hotel.

So there was one bad thing -ish. The front lobby has a dispensary in it which made the entire hotel lobby smell of weed. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing for me but it might not be so good for other people.
