Quality Inn Eureka Springs South

We loved the value, great car parking within easy reach of downtown Eureka Springs. We loved the pool. We also really appreciated the front desk service particularly from the lovely Cheryl. We liked that housekeeping was only available on request and the room was a good size.

The wifi did not work in our room which was frustrating. The breakfast was generous but would have benefited from some fresh options and despite the extra work involved it would have been nice to see use of proper cutlery as the waste generated from all disposable utensils, cups and plates was disappointing to see.

Great location & beautiful grounds - well kept and unique with a peaceful garden and a fountain! Room was enormous and the jetted tub was very relaxing.

The room was enormous & marketed as a king suite, so I was expecting more living furniture than one chair and a desk chair. Plenty of room for a love seat, bistro table, etc. And as it poured down the day we left, I can definitely say that the back building we were in... Garden Suites, desperately needs to have the gutters cleaned out & a little more cover added over walks. We got soaked just getting from the room to the vehicle. And finally, it took 6 or 7 hours for the room to ever cool off. Very weak cooling system.

The people here are absolutely the best! So friendly and helpful with every little thing. At breakfast in the morning they were so nice and really kept everything well stocked. The food was delicious too, not your usual rubbery eggs and stale breads and muffins at all! Our room was comfortable and kept clean. The grounds are absolutely stunning. The greenery and flowers were quite impressive and it looked really nice in the evening with the lights. I really liked that there were so many different areas to sit outside and enjoy the grounds too.

I was disappointed that the pool wasn't open during our stay, it was actually one of the reasons we booked there. However, I do realize it was technically before the start of the season and with outdoor pools, Memorial Day weekend is often when they open. I should have asked about that. It did look really nice though.

Upon arriving Chris the young man who also helped me before I arrived with my reservations he greeted me with the same friendly greeting just very genuine. Then I was tired upon arriving and Cheryl **** really took care of me helping me get situated and comfortable. Next morning woke up and went to main office for coffee and to take in the Beautiful atmosphere around me the gardens, ect... Where I met Annalee who was great in helping me plan my day Everyday I was there except one and her sister stepped up great team work. Annalee helped me take care of my anniversary dinner. Great choices. Whitney**** Great Quiche next great chef. Also the very nice and entertaining man in the dinning room my apologies enjoyed the entertainment forgot his name. Lol Josh **** he kept the grounds so nice plus went over and beyond to help Mike and I enjoy well needed rest. The lady who managed the property again apologies for not remembering her name but she had the full package of running this property with great team work. Never was overwhelmed just sweet and kind. Made it our favorite stop for lodging. Will be for years to come. Thank yall for everything.

Couldn't stay longer!!! WORK

The hotel is a bit outdated, but very nice - rooms are appropriately sized, beds are comfortable. Nice bonus - mini fridge in the room, updated shower head and lots of hot water. Loved the little seating areas all around the property, the fountain, the grounds, the charming nooks and corners. Staff is fantastic - very friendly, accommodating and super helpful. Big thanks to David at the reception and every single member of the cleaning, reception and breakfast team. Overall, very satisfied with our stay, great value for the money.

The hotel is a bit outdated but making an effort to make positive changes. They are on the right path! Get rooms facing the back yard/pool area, it could be noisy otherwise since the hotel is located on the side of the road leading into historic downtown.

the location was great! So close to town and easy to get to and from the things that we wanted to do. The pool was nice and clean - kids loved to cool off. The room was nice and large. AC was a little loud but it worked! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and tea room was very clean.

The AC was a little loud and the room was very humid. Laundry facility would have been convenient. Some type of sausage or bacon at breakfast would have made the breakfast great.

Loved the location, as it was in perfect spot to go either way to where we needed to go. Centralized!! Had trolley stop right out front, which made it easy to take the tours to downtown. Couldn't be more happy with the service, staff and ease of it all. Definitely will use this location again!

Nothing not to like. Views were awesome as well. Could use more towels in room, but other than that, nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was great, staff all around very nice.

Price was steep for size of room. Air conditioner in room had troubles keeping up. It was very warm. Air conditioner cover rattled badly, had to push the table up against it. Did not sleep well because of this. When I booked online, it showed I wasnt going to be charged for the room until after our stay, so I booked a week earlier than expected, only to find out it took it out of my account the next day. Did not see anything showing room would be non-refundable. Tried to cancel our stay a week before arriving and was unable to. Was very disappointed over this. Will probably chose a different hotel brand next time around. I expected more from a choice hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable, but the furniture was worn. I would have liked a completely private bathroom. The lavatory open to the room was not ideal.

The staff is very helpful and there's plenty of free parking. You can board the city tram right outside the hotel. Omelet, potatoes, bread, butter, coffee, and waffle for breakfast. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast place is huge, clean, and spacious.
