Room was clean, and staff was very friendly and always helpful. There are 3 magnets to put on outside of your door- Don’t Disturb; Half Service and Full Service- as cleaning options for the staff. very helpful. Hotel is near the Toy Story lot so you can go catch the Toy Story Bus to get to and from the park.

The mattress was stiffer than I am used too. The bedding comforter had a hole in it , looked like a burnt spot. As the comforter is thin you will need the heater in colder weather. Bring your own soaps and shampoo as the free samples are small.

The staff!!! I cannot say enough good about the amazing, generous staff!! I was overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity. I lost my phone in the Lyft car and was absolutely a mess!! The staff let me use their phone for HOURS, calmed me down, gave me cold water, and comforted me while I'm sure they had plenty of other things to do! Then the younger man let me use his cell phone for internet service so that I could try to get things figured out with Lyft. Again, for HOURS!!! They put up with this weeping, hysterical stranger, being only kind and generous to me! And once I was in my room, they transfered calls, took messages, and helped with everything that we would normally use a cell phone for until my phone was FINALLY returned, the night before my departure! I will be forever indebted to the staff at the Riviera. Also, the rooms are pleasant, comfortable, nice beds, great cable, wonderful location, tidy, safe, and accommodating. THANK YOU!!!!

The only thing that could have been better would have been a coffee maker in the room, but that was just trivial under the circumstances.

Very clean overall. Crisp, clean and fresh white linens. Washroom was well stocked (two shampoos, two bars of soap, etc.) and clean. Good water pressure for showers. Close walk to Disney - only about 10 mins at a brisk pace. Quick and easy check out process.

Confusion during check-in as they messed up the names on the reservation. instead of double-checking the system, they immediately wanted to charge us again for a new room. Rooms were poorly painted and poorly furnished.

The location to the parks were good. I was just using it to sleep, so I didn’t spend a ton of time in the room.

I was missing a plug for the tub. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, but definitely not the Motels fault.

The owners are so kind and accommodating this is one of my favorite places to stay. The towels were nice and soft and the bed was comfortable.

Their floors need to be redone. They were not very clean I had to wear my flip-flops the whole time there wish I would’ve brought slippers. Also there is no second lock on the door

The location was easy walking distance to Disney. We had good upstairs neighbors so not a ton of noise at night. For the cost vs other hotels, this was definitely a winner. It's a little outdated but we were there mostly just to sleep. Fairly clean and the TV worked. Plus the AC was on when we got there, so the place was cool. I would stay here again.

When we arrived early and left late the front desk was accommodating. The grounds by the pool was unkempt and on occasion we had loud neighbors but over all.the stay was good.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. One of our group came in around noon - and they let her check in early, everyone is very helpful. The location is excellent for a Disney vacation!

Because I feel like I should put something...they could use tape when painting and instead of painting around wall fixtures, remove them.

Great location. It’s a 15 min walking distance to the Disney parks. Many shops and food restaurants are nearby as well. Free parking is great.

Nothing bad about this property. Totally recommend.

Walking distance to Disney! Also to Cheesecake Factory, CPK and Starbucks. They were kind enough to let us park our car before check in, saving us an extra trip and money to park with Disneyland so that was much appreciated.
