The breakfast was really good. Employees are nice and welcoming! The rooms/ facility was clean and room had a great view. The hotel is also at a good walking distance from Disneyland so my family and I didn't have to drive to Disney, we just walked over. The Disney shuttles are also right in front of the hotel so you can always take a shuttle as well.

What I didn't like about this place is that the parking permit is not included in the booking fee, so you have to pay extra money for parking, I stayed for two nights so I payed $43 dollars extra for parking.

This is the only place I always look for when here in Anaheim, and they always have my king apartment available, which is always cleaned upon arrival. The staff is one of the best to me, especially Stephanie or Estaphany ( I hope I spelled it correctly). She had the brightest personality at the front desk in the mornings. It's always a joy to see her at the front. Her customer service and willingness to help are beyond my expectations. She wvwn had maintenance come by, per request from me about how to operate the sockets, and he really did come by and actually explained to me how it goes. I thank him for that as well. Also again, Omar is another one who is very cool, not just standing there but actually a small conversation which is important these days. I am sad to go but I'll be back soon!! Thank you, Omar and staff!!!

I can't complain about anything wrong.

I loved the continental breakfast provided. It was nice to save a chunk of money on a meal for our family of 6 on our disney trip. The staff was friendly and late check in wasn't an issue. The room was large and clean. I LOVED that the hotel is literally across the street from Disneyland parking that you can walk to the security gate and get right on.

There's no bathroom fans. The bathroom gets kinda gross quickly between showering or people using it without a bathroom fan. The wifi sucks.the TV is so ridiculously slow to change channels, and the controls are set to not allow for adjusting of things like brightness settings which was a bit of a challenge trying to settle down at night. You have to pay for parking, which wasn't a big deal this time since we didn't have a car, but would be if we did.

Location was great. 15-20 min walk to the park, or 5 mins bus ride. Price was reasonable for the location. Breakfast included was a huge bonus and money saver for my family of 5, and the staff members that I came into contact with were generally pleasant.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I understand that these hotels are close to Disney and are used very frequently, but the cleanliness of the rooms were disappointing. I had two rooms reserved, and we actually had to ask for a room switch for one of them due to how dirty it was upon check in. However, the guy at the front desk let us switch with no questions asked, and made it a very easy process.

The rooms are good I like to partition from the guest sleeping sofa to the the main bed area the privacy is good the staff are nice welcome and it's clean it's very clean

The parking the happy to pay for parking is literally crazy seriously it makes no sense if you're paying to stay you got to pay for parking as well daily they saved $20 a day but after tax is 2250 that's ridiculous if you're staying there for a week you're paying a hundred bucks plus just for parking

I love the location, it's literally close to so many things and the walk to Disneyland wasn't bad at all. It was really clean and the room I got was very very spacious and had a nice view.

I didn't like that we had issues right from the beginning, our room had a leak on the sink but they fixed it right the next day. Then we noticed we didn't have the plate that goes inside the microwave so we couldn't make use of it to hea up things. The pool for some reason was closed and the jacuzzi didn't work. And last but not least, the breakfast. We had a reservation for 3 nights, as it is the breakfast wasn't all that great but they ran out of supplies and on the third morning they didn't serve breakfast at all. I really think that I deserve some sort of compensation for all this troubles

This is the only place I like to stay in Anaheim. I don't understand so many bad reviews, but my room was exceptionally clean. Everyone at the front desk is very warming and friendly, in my opinion. I never had any issues with any of them. They were even nice to come to my room for me by my request to get my payment so I wouldn't have to walk down after I sprang my ankle at Disneyland, that was very nice of them.

I can't say because I would be lying if I had an issue here.

Was at a good location, walking distance to restaurants and dance club I like going to when I’m in the area. Disappointed the pool was not open, and a staff ran up to us in our car before getting into parking garage as when we grabbed parking pass from friend that got us before us and check in my RSVP. But was concerned about my friends mom that was parked w/ no parking pass but explained she was just dropping her off, till we got there and would leave. But my thing is no pass tow, so if waiting for other guests to show up not leaving car unattended is okay and tow if notice something different. I would definitely stay there again.

So far nothing I didn’t like.

I really enjoyed having a separate room for myself and my husband away from the kids, we stayed in the king suite. I also like having both a fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was great and met our needs

The one thing I'd change is start breakfast earlier for those going to Disneyland. Also, be more upfront about the parking fees.

The breakfast was good and well located.

My wife and I noticed blood stains in room 436. These were not small spots but rather a good amount located inside the closet door. We let the staff know and even though they compt us for parking and offered to move us to a different room we only asked for them to be cleaned up. Unfortunately this dis not happen, so after our three day stay we reported that the stains were still there.
