We've stayed at this Motel 6 several times. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Like having the fridge, wish it had a microwave also. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and a short walk to to Disneyland!

a microwave in addition to the fridge would be nice but there is one available in lobby. would like an option for door if room (maid) service isn't needed/wanted.

Was the nicest motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at! All the staff was awesome til the last day the lady they had working the desk was not polite at all. The rooms were nice and clean our room got cleaned got towels when needed. Pool was awesome had pool towels clean! Had ppl On property always cleaning! Pet friendly we have service dogs took them to beach came back to a clean room. Even the dogs loved staying here!😂 15 min walk to Disneyland! U can see fireworks at 930 from hotel! 4 different beaches are only 30 mins from hotel! Definitely worth booking the stay!

No microwaves in room. Last day the staff that was in front was rude. All other staff was awesome though they achknowledged my daughters first time at Disneyland gave us maps. That lady was just I guess having a bad day took it out on guests.

The staff was exceptional from the front desk reception to the housekeeping staff to the maintenance workers. thank you to Nick. Jazmine. Maria. The staff were so welcoming and so hospitable. You will not be disappointed staying here. They were the biggest reason why I returned for the second following weekend. They really do take good care of you. The location was great to stay and just walk to all of the amenities that were nearby. I had an event that was close by so I didn’t need to rent a car. it’s a nice location to go for walks. I’m planning to stay again when I return in July if I return for my event again. thank you all there at Motel 6 you all were great!!!

The Beds were so comfy!!! The Room was clean and walking distance to Disney. Customer Service was Excellent

We got in really late the 1st night & couldn't get the heat to work. We were up & early and at the park all day. When we returned late night, I still couldn't get the heat to work. There was not a maintenance staff at night, the gal at the front desk tried to fix it, but she couldn't. She offered to move us, but we were checking out the next day & my 12yr old was already sleeping. I spoke with mgr and she was very gracious.

Motel 6 served its purpose. It’s a room to sleep, shower, and use the bathroom. It’s fantastic walking distance to Disneyland from there. I would stay there again someday in the future. The water pressure was amazing too.

Cleanliness. I noticed some areas weren’t clean. For example the shower had pubic hair when I opened the curtain. There were hair remnants of a woman’s hair as well. Some spots were clean and spotless while some were not so clean. It felt uncomfortable at times. Also wish the towels were better material.

Amazing convenient location for visiting Disneyland, only a 5 minute walk, good value for money, good facilities including a 24hr contactless ‘shop’, staff were very helpful and were even able to give us disposable cutlery.

Only criticism would be that we didn’t know about and weren’t told about the hot tub / spa! it was hidden away and had we known we would have definitely used it.

We liked very much the location close to the Disneyland, to public transportation and to the stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. There is a microwave and a complimentary coffee in the lobby. We were also happy to use (free of charge) a luggage room.

Our neighbours were very noisy and we could hear everything through the wall. We also heard somebody hooting at 6.30 am just in front of our room at the ground floor.

Everything was perfect! The room was so comfortable, clean and quiet , I just wish we could have a counter in the bathroom to put our hygiene stuff on it. There was a convenient microwave at the lobby where I was able to warm up food and milk for my kiddos. The staff was very friendly and the location is awesome, just a short walk to the parks! Loved it!!

Check-in was smooth. And the room was spacious. Ice was plentiful. Given there was no hot water on the night of Thurs, Nov17 and Fri morning, Nov 18, the manger on duty/Gen'l mgr agreed to a partial refund Thru Booking.com. as of Monday, Nov 21,2022. This is wonderful.

Booking.com needs to follow through on said refund (as I used the visa and paid vie Booking.com) and has yet to do so as of Sun, 11-27-2022. Booking.com: This needs to occur --or -- by Wed Dec 7th, I'll also write to the Or Dept of Justice with a consumer complaint. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Staff is very helpful, and nice. Lots of changes to how bus line works and the young lady (wish I could remember name) helped us with it and made it alot less stressful! Thank you Also couple of repairs done while we were out. Thank you for that Have stayed there meny times with kids grandkids and as empty nesters and will be back ! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Miss bus stop at front door alot! Room a littel dark not a fan of lighting choices
