The rooms where clean and spacious. The location was great, a few blocks from Disneyland which was a very easy walk. It's across the street from the Garden walk and very close to shops and restaurants.

From arrival to check out, I had a fantastic experience. My room was ready early and was able to check in when I arrived which was very convenient. The room was clean and had plenty of space, as well as plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. It was a quiet and I felt very safe, and was also a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, answering any questions I might have had. When I had to check out, they were more than happy to hold my bags for me since I wasn't leaving until later in the afternoon. I also had a phone issue that I couldn't solve and they were extremally helpful in getting it restarted for me, saving me a lot of stress. I definitely recommend staying here and will be back for future trips.

Room is pretty spacious with nice size fridge and closet. Beds were comfortable and clean. Cleaning ladies came everyday to clean and do the beds, and they were very friendly and did a great job, even lined up all my kids stuffed animals on the beds for them. Location is excellent! Breakfast to go at the reception with Danish, muffins, fruit, granola bars and coffee. Not a sit down breakfast, but we didn't want that anyways since we wanted to get to parks early. Water pressure was pretty good in the bathroom. Loved having the fridge, microwave and a table in the room since we brought food and ate breakfast in the room with the kids. Definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for clean, convenient, and proximity to parks rather than a fancy hotel. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Disneyland.

Not much wrong. Walls a little thin so we definitely heard upstairs neighbors when they were there. Bathroom had a slight smell of cigarettes (even though smoking is not allowed), but nothing too bad. Room needs a little more ceiling lights.

Excellent location for Disneyland and good value for money. Lots of restaurants close by so easy to find somewhere to eat. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped for families. The complementary breakfast available in reception was a nice touch and after a couple of days was a welcome change to the massive breakfasts on offer in IHOP etc. Free parking is a real bonus. Finally, although small the pool is a good way to cool off after a day in the park.

We had a two bedroom suite with 3 queen size beds. I found my bed a bit uncomfortable but am a finicky sleeper. My teenagers slept just fine. Rooms were spacious enough, very clean, nice size fridge (a little bigger than a very small fridge you often find in hotels), microwave. Compact bathroom which was fine with use. Daily housekeeping. Free parking! We loved the location at 10 min walk to Disneyland resort with plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, CVS within 1 block walking. Staff was very friendly. We would come here again.

Breakfast very basic but that was clear from other reviews and that was fine with us. Some bars and plastic wrapped pastries and some other things that I did not pay attention to. We just grabbed a few things to go and that worked out okay.

The room was great. Very clean and spacious, newly renovated rooms. They cleaned the rooms everyday even without asking. The location was perfect. Close to the Disney resort about 10-15mins depending how fast or slow you walk. everything, like restaurants were across the streets. Starbucks. Walgreens are just steps away from the motel. They have free grab and go breakfast which is really nice. I highly recommend this place to stay and will definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip. Thanks to the management and staff for keeping our room clean everyday and keeping us safe.

Cleanliness. Sofa bed and 2 full beds were just what we needed.

Coffee maker didn't have a carafe, so we couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee or heat water for tea. Water bottles were not found/offered in the room. Beds are hard and need extra blankets (only 1 extra blanket was furnished in the closet). The in-room safe did not work.

This is a very nice inn operated by a friendly, considerate couple. Jyoti was especially kind, helping me with a bit of grocery shopping as I was on my own with no transportation. Narin and Ayush at the front desk explained where events and attractions were and helped me with planning things to do, easy ways to get around the neighbourhood, and bookings for Lyft and Uber. I also appreciated the help with learning to use my new cellphone. ;) The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff do an excellent job. Laundry is available on the second floor; be sure to have lots of quarters as the desk doesn't usually have enough. The continental breakfast is pretty basic and didn't vary much from packaged Danish-type pastries, bananas, orange juice, and packages of sweet instant oatmeal (all great if you love sweets, which I don't), but it is portable and therefore convenient. Coffee and tea are also available in the rooms. The outdoor pool was lovely--a refreshing place to read and relax that was private and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the road. I didn't walk to Disneyland because it was far too hot during my stay, so I used Uber for $10 - $15, depending upon time of day. (Don't forget that "ten minutes to the Park" does not include the long walk across the parking lot.) Coming back, I discovered the free hotel shuttles from Disneyland and Downtown Disney that dropped me nearly at the door upon request. (No. 7, Clementine/Katella). There's a Walgreens a half-block away; a small mall with a 7-11 is opposite from that on the corner; across the road and up a short way from the hotel is the Anaheim Garden Walk with various shops and restaurants and fast-food outlets. There are many ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. The fireworks can be seen from the corner of Harbour and Katella. Twenty minutes by Lyft to John Wayne airport. There wasn't enough change for laundry at the front desk, and he wasn't sure how much the washers and dryers cost. Also, the laundry facilities are upstairs and there's no elevator.

The continental breakfast was small but there were lots of pastries and some fruit so that was nice! The cleaning services were incredible. We would leave for lunch for maybe half an hour and always come back to made beds and a clean room; they even folded some of the clothes we left out and provided new towels and face cloths everyday. The room itself was very nice with everything we needed and the pool was very clean and comfortable. The front staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location was awesome as it was close to Disney but not so close that it was extremely busy, as well it is on the main stretch of restaurants which offers lots of choices for meals.

The only thing I noticed was that there was no conditioner provided along with shampoo and for someone with a lot of hair, that was one thing I would have liked! Everything else was quite decent.
