We had a concern that was immediately addressed by management. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and made us feel that we really mattered to them. We especially liked the beds - they were so comfortable! And the pool and spa area was very nice after a long day at Disneyland. Also, the kitchen area had everything we needed - coffee maker, toaster, coffee, tableware

the property was very clean and felt very safe. location was great very close to everything we needed.

no self parking was available and a $15.00 parking fee for the valet parking that they use to park the vehicles. it was ok I guess but felt bas for the workers very time we needed the vehicle, and also inconvenience that we have to pay for it when we are all ready paying the hotel rates and not our fault there is no space to park.

The location is exceptional, just 10min walk from Disney, the souranding area has a variety of food options and beaches are relatevely near and public transport accessible

One of the days the vallet Parking guy made some facial expressions and had a bad attitude when I asked for my vehicle, it was because he was watching a program on the phone when I asked for my vehicle and he had to interrupt his activity :S but besides that, everyone else was very amiable

Beautiful place. Clean rooms and area. Staff was great. Valet services were amazing.

I didnt like paying for the valet services. My truck didn't even fit inside garage and I parked my truck a few times that we were there. The outside parking area smelled like cat pee which is out of their control.

20 minute walk to Disneyland which I didn't mind staff is friendly and helpful pool is kid friendly with small splash pad in all had a very good experience

Not sold on valet to the fact it's right at the entrance and unloading baggage with small children can be a bit concerning while there's cars coming in

The 2 room suite we stayed in was perfect for our family. We had room for the parents and the kids to have separate spaces. The room was clean and the hide-a-bed was by far the most comfortable hide-a-bed I've ever slept on. The rooftop patio and lounge area was great and the pool and hottub were also well done. I don't normally like valet parking, but I enjoyed the way they did it here. It was even a walking distance from Disneyland, The Garden Walk and other things to do. Oh - the giftshop was great, too.

It's hard to come up with complaints. The pool was a little small (but the concrete work was exceptionally smooth). The shuttle service was actually a very good discount on Anaheim's mass transit system on an app to help you get around. The service was actually great but just slightly different than what I think of as a shuttle.

Far exceeded my needs or expectations! Outstanding on every level!

Morning water pressure / take showers at night

The rooms were a good size . like that there was a mini kitchen and dishes to use. Liked that it was close to shopping and close to dinning places. 10min walk to free shuttles that was not bad.

Well the fiest room we got was by the side where it was so so noise with work trucks come in and out real early and making beeping noise it kept us up.. But thankfully we got switched.

I loved the two bedroom sequence. It made it convenient for three of us and we didn't feel ontop of each other. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, check-in/out was easy. Not much noise around. It was pretty sweet 👌🏼

The only complaint I would have is the pullout sofa is not soft or friendly on the body. It's like lying on a board. Soooo...maybe consider getting better beds on that lol

Great Location. Nice room with separate little lounge/dining area. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 5 nights but the room was never serviced or cleaned. I didn't enjoy having to ask for more soap and toilet paper.
