Staff were so friendly. Very clean and modern. Spacious accomodations. We had 1 one bedroom and 1 three bedroom both were wonderful. My Son, 3 grandchildren(3,6,12) and I fit comfortably in the 1 bedroom. The other 2 adults and 8 kids in the 3 bedroom.2 large jacuzzi and pool. About 20 min walk to park. Really not bad. 24 hr Walgreens around corner.Gated parking. Scooter rental dropped off at office and the staff kept it at night for me and charged it. Going to park on scooter very easy. Just great all around time.

Maybe adult jacuzzi time after 10. But just a suggestion not a complaint.

Clean, staff was efficient, good value, spacious. Free laundry facilities were great.

Location is good for conference access (and for Disney, it appeared). Nice to have a bedroom and real kitchen, plus the pool etc. Great to have a host outside to point me toward restaurants etc.

Feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Reasonably priced. A little far away to walk (but doable) for us after a long park day, but Uber was only a few dollars from the complex. It looked like they had a nice pool and a rudimentary mini golf, but we basically left early in the morning each day and came back late and exhausted from Disney, so we mostly just watched TV and fell asleep. Pro tip: the TV does get HBO, but you really have to want to get there. It is way up the channel list (like in the 90s or something). Will be staying again next month.

Didn't love the not-so-subtle sales pitch for their time share just as we were checking in at 9pm

This is our second stay at Dolphin's Cover over the past few years. We love that the property is so close to Disneyland and even closer to Disneyland parking. We also enjoy having a full kitchen and living area in addition to the bedroom(s). This trip we chose a 1 bedroom unit (with the couch/bed) because we only had 2 of our children with us, but a few years back we chose a 2 bedroom unit when more of our children came with us.

We enjoy the property. It is located near things we like to do. The gated community feel. We truly enjoy the two bedroom suites as our children are adults and it give us more room.

We had requested a two-bedroom two bath, which is what we had booked. Unfortunately, it wasn't available. We were given a two-bedroom one bath, which is difficult for our daughter (ostomy). The room was not completely cleaned but I am assuming that is because it was a last-minute change to a downstairs room. The room above us was extremely nosy and heavy footed. We dealt with the noise until the last night when it continued even after calling the front desk at about 10:45 pm.

They provided everything you could need in an apt. pots and pans, dish soap and sponge, shampoo and conditioner, xtra sheets, and free laundry facilities with soap! Delivered towels and toilet paper at 10:15 pm. after we got back from a long day.

Needed an extra bathroom for 5 people, but they can't fix that! 😆 Could have used extra mirrors. Only one bedroom had a mirror so another one in the other bedroom would have been helpful as well as one in the living room space.

Location was wonderful! Hitting the Jacuzzi and pool after a long day at Disney was a treat. Love the kitchens, they had everything we needed.

Sofa bed is our only complaint. It was bent downward from the middle and extremely uncomfortable. Also Neighbors kids kept running around at 12am. I had requested bottom floor since I have a knee problem. We were still put on 2nd floor.

Way better than a hotel room! Only a mile away from Disney Land about a 15-20 minute walk. Parking is included and not extra! Apartments are super spacious, will definitely stay again. Gated community with security personnel walking around! Perfect for family trips, property was super clean inside and out.
