The two room suite with 2 bathrooms was great for the 4 of us. Good location close to Disney. 15-20 min walk or an under $10 Uber ride. Housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning. I have stayed in about 10 hotels during Covid including 5* hotels. Even though this hotel is fairly outdated, it was extremely clean & dust free. We would recommend this to friends just because of the cleanliness.

The bunk bed mattresses and pullout couch mattress were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. These definitely need an upgrade.

The room was spacious and very convenient for a family with 3-4 children. Great location, 15 walking distance to Disney parks. Very close to Target and many restaurants. Very friendly staff, all you need us asking what you need and they will help immediately. Goid price comparing to the other hotels in the area.

Our room needs a renovation, the decor and the furniture were very old, especially the floor carpet. However, I noticed that there were some renovated rooms. The breakfast buffet could be better.

Loved all of the space available in the family suite. It is very difficult to find a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. This fit the bill perfectly, especially with the double sinks for each bathroom and the separate toilet/shower room, which make it easy for mutliple people to get ready in the morning. The beds were comfortable, enough towels were provided (this is a frequent complaint of mine -- getting 4 towels in a room designed for 6 or 8), room had fridge and microwave, table for eating breakfast in the room, good air conditioning.

The breakfast could use a few more/better options. Having waffle makers is great, but at a destination like Disneyland, where everyone is getting going at the same time in the morning, there was always a crowd for the waffle makers. The other bread options were very low quality -- the cheapest white bread, muffins, etc. The scrambled eggs looked powdered, the "gravy" was very watery. Biscuits and sausage were good though.

The new renovations were fabulous updating the rooms really makes a huge difference.   the air conditioning worked wonders and the shower pressure was great. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely helpful and did good job getting us into a room early. 

I would’ve like her to be a second elevator, with the other end of the hotel versus, it’s just the one. Offering an early check-in even if the patron has to pay would be great. The morning of our departure, there were some significant construction happening under our room. Informing the patron there could be ongoing construction would definitely be a plus.

I booked months and months and got an awesome price of $116 for the Saturday night of Wondercon. I didn't ask, but they put me in an upgraded one bedroom suite that was way more space than I needed since I was staying alone. Friendly service all around...I was hungover that Sunday morning and they gave a later checkout time of noon...an hour doesn't sound much, but it REALLY helped in my recovery. :) PROS: -Friendly Staff -Clean, spacious room -Comfy bed -Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker -Walking distance to Convention Center...a bit far for Disneyland but doable. -Free coffee machine in the lobby

CONS: -$15 parking fee -Vending machine does not taking credit cards. -Breakfast ends early, you can easily oversleep this.

The rooms are in a very good state - clean and spacious (we took the family room with a separate room). The free coffee (with variety of options like latte, mocha, etc) and fruits at the reception available 24/7 is a treat! The pool is sufficiently cleaned up. We also like that the warm breakfast option is rotated so not always the same every day. Shoutout to the man taking care of the breakfast, we could see his dedication to his job by ensuring that everything is cleaned up and in order and he do so with a friendly demeanour

The place is farther from Disneyland than we anticipated but it was very easy to get Uber to get us there in the end. While the reception has honoured our request to place our room in a quiet location, the guests next to us and above us are pretty noisy (even after 10pm) - would have been good if the hotel also takes this into account when a request is made for a quiet room

- Place is a bit old and gives a slight worn-out impression - I could hear people walking on the top floor as the floors creaked and wood sounds kept coming in at night - Charged parking at USD 15 per night which was never informed at the time of booking

Nice and clean, professional staff, coffee at the lobby. I loved having a table and chairs in the room for a quick bite. Please do add a plain yogurt without added sugars at breakfast.

The carpets turned all of our white socks into black. The hotel is going through renovation, so i hope the carpets will be replaced with something easier to clean. I have to say that besides the carpets - the room was sparking clean. Disposable plates and plastic utensils at breakfast - it appears to be the standard in US, but isn't US on planet Earth? :-)

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfy and we could fit all 7 of us in the family suite. It’s our second time staying here. Staff is so friendly. Plus they are newly remodeled and remodeling as we go. We were able to walk to Disney and walk to joes Italian ice. Plus they had washers and dryers. Helped with the ocean smell swimsuits.

Laundry room needs some sort of ventilation. It was so hot and stuffy in there.

I absolutely loved the room. It was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. They served eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, apple juice, orange, etc. It was pretty good. I loved the front desk clerk. I believe I saw her tag said manager; she was so nice and welcoming I was so happy being there. The room had everything we needed and the crib was already in the room when my family and I arrived. The price for the room was very reasonable too!

The elevator felt a little unsafe sometimes that my kids wanted to mostly take the stairs. I was in room 323 and the vending machine upstairs didn't work so I had to go downstairs to use it. It said that there was "laundry" on their facility amenities. I was bummed to find out I couldn't do my laundry there. I figured they would have a public laundry room since people from everywhere are going to Disneyland. Trust me when I say, I HATE having to go to a laundromat. But overall we truly loved it, seriously!
