This hotel was amazing! The price for two connecting rooms was a great deal and I recommend you book the room with breakfast included in the price as my family and I enjoyed the delicious meals that we ate! The pool/hot tub/kid pools were clean, warm, and very enjoyable. It is a 7 mins drive to Disneyland park which made it even better! Would stay here again!

If you’re not a big walker I do advise that this hotel is a 22 mins walk from Disneyland. The pillows weren’t that comfortable.

The fact that the online didn’t tell you that you have to pay $200 deposit fee on hold and it will be given back to you after you check out I think that is a little too much for a deposit fee don’t you think $50 should be the max I mean your already paying a lot to stay there

The beds are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Which is important after Disneyland. The food at the bistro was tasty and filling. The variety of options offered was great and had multiple good options for kids.

Was not a huge fan of all the pointy corners of the furniture. My daughter ended up whacking her head pretty hard and it left a pretty intense bruise. I get that modern minimalism is a style but not the most kid-friendly. Also if there was an option to dim a light to be able to see it night that would be a welcome addition.

Bed was comfy and cozy, very secure. I like that the room key is needed to access your floor. Easy parking and staff are very helpful and nice. We had a good night rest after a long day. Breakfast was very delicious. Good portion amount to start up your day. Free flavored iced water by the lobby before going up to your room and coffee at night 👌

I didn't like that we only had one access to go up the room, and we had to wait for one elevator 😒 but the place is very secure

We booked this hotel by accident so at first wasn't sure if we liked it but it turned out to be a great place to stay. We walked through the carpark to the bus stop to catch the bus to Disneyland which took 4 minutes to get to and they had a microwave where the ice machine was which was really handy and a laundry room which we needed. The pool was really good and the staff were really helpful with our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

We had issues with the lift near our room which didn't always work so you had to walk to the other end of the floor to catch a lift down but we found a staircase near our room which we ended up using

I travel a lot, lately around US and i have to say I’ve never seen better front desk people in my life. Super nice, friendly, helpful people. I was staying 3 nights so i think i met all of the staff and i really have to say i was impressed.

Housekeeping was bad. My bed wasn’t ready, when i got back to my room after housekeeping I didn’t even notice somebody was there to make up the room.

Room was clean and spacious. I loved that it even smelled clean inside our room. Beds were so comfortable after a day at the parks. And the AC was a lifesaver during our stay. Staff was very welcoming and informative.

The elevator was a little too slow for our liking. Made getting out luggage in and out of the room more difficult than anticipated. Ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn't dispensing ice at all.

Location is great!!

I went with my family 6 members I got 2 rooms included breakfast and we only got $40 for breakfast per room is not much for 4 people on a room specially if at food court they don’t help you much and explain you what you can get for that price. Starbucks items are expensive. And also that we had to pay parking.

Room was comfortable, we liked the hotel lobby and proximity to disneyland and shuttle.

The housekeeping option- I opted IN and the housekeeper never supported my room. For the price of this room, housekeeping should be included. The parking was easy but charging for an outdoor space that is shared with a popular steak house on site is excessive.
