The location to restaurants and gas. Costco right around the corner. Rooms were very nice, the breakfast was good too. Room was quiet even though near freeway. The bath rooms were big and fridge and micro were in a cabinet in there...Overall it was a good stay. No issues. I want to mention the lady who oversaw breakfast, she was very nice, accommodated everyone, even got me a plain omelet with no cheese.

Nothing i didnt like really but could have hash browns for breakfast, or alternate sausage and bacon with hash browns. It would also be nice to have a hot tub of oatmeal instead of the packed ones, BUT this is not a negative. It does save you at least 15 eating out.

Was very surprised at check-in by a $150 "incidental" deposit. The employee couldn't explain what deposit would cover but assured me it would be put back on my "card." I reviewed my confirmation and there was no mention of this deposit. I do not travel with a card and intended to pay for my reservation by cash as the confirmation clearly stated. The employee was very understanding and worked "computer magic" and made the deposit disappear. I will not loan Comfort Suites $150 for a few days until it can be refunded to my card.

The room was spotless. Very nice. Parking lot was clean.

The bathroom had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. Left the fan on while I was gone. That took care of it.

Employees were friendly. Accessible with everything; from elevator, parking and food chain around the area. Hand sanitizer was also accessible for everyone. The front desk was also nice when I called for extra towels and was very spoke professionally.

I requested for a downstairs because I had 3 senior citizen and 2 of them was disabled; they said there is no available downstairs; and that there is an elevator. When I asked for extra towel; it didn't came. The aircondition was not working. It was pretty warm while sleeping; but it was too late to complain.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent. Big TV in room as well as mini fridge and microwave.

Walk in shower is not enclosed. Drafty when taking a shower.

When I asked front desk how to make phone call going outside the area and she told me follow the instructions on the phone printed in a small letters so I told her I can't see but there's nothing she can do

the property was clean, and directly off the freeway. access to food, gas and convenient store.

I notice a few people sitting in the cars, a lot of outside activity at night.
