The spacious room and the complete kitchen make it extremely comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. Having a room on the side that overlooks the park and the creek trail is gorgeous! I felt like I was in the woods! The breakfast is great! Several options to choose from and the food is tasty. The breakfast room is spacious and the large windows are wonderful to look out of.

Because of the remodel, we were without water for an entire day. That was inconvenient! Fortunately, we were away most of that day, but they should at least provide bottled water in the lobby during such times. We never experienced any noise from the remodel, which was a relief.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The location is fantastic within walking distance of both The Pruneyard and downtown Campbell. The location is fantastic! There was also a level of security at the hotel that made me feel safe.

There was not really anything I disliked. The hotel is right next to the freeway, so there is some minor noise. The bathroom door, when opened was right at the bed. It was a bit awkward.

Nice suite with a great kitchen. All the basics for meal prep. The breakfast was good with choices to suit all. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location is great with good restaurants within walking distance both in downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard Shopping center. Campbell park and walking trail is right next door but plantings give privacy.

The water was off for repairs twice for several hours but they did give a notice the day before.

The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was so great !! The gal there nov 4th at 4 am, was five star. She was beyond helpful, she was a lifesaver 💕

Everything was good. I live in San Jose and my children threw me a Ball at the Campbell Community Hall so l wanted to be near to get dressed. Also some of my out of town relatives picked your hotel. It was good that we could meet early for breakfast before they hit the road.

I was on cloud nine about my king and Queen Ball so nothing was wrong. Lol

Really nice staff! The Yelp reviews didn’t do this property justice. We had a queen suite and it fit the bill. The place was homey and well kept. Parking was free and spaces available.

I especially like the kitchenette. I have a prescription that requires a refrigerator and I always like to buy food to keep handy, such as fruit and sandwich stuff. I especially like the security set up for the facility. Since I stay alone, the security system made me feel comfortable and secure.

The mattress could have been more firm, since I like an extra firm mattress

The location was perfect to get to work and close to airport and downtown and it was very convenience that they have breakfast included

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff worked hard to ensure everyone's safety during the covid situation. Love the location. Conveniently close to Pruneyard that has tons of restaurants, our bank, Trader Joe's, and many more wonderful amenities. Definitely liked the on-site laundry room; it gave me access to do laundry at any time in an enclosed safe environment.

Can't think or say anything I didn't like.
