IT was really comfortable stay we like the staff ,location .All the boys at front desk very helpful not only for stay they will tell you about the city as well where you can go or what will be the cheaper way do the things around .

Only one staff disappointed me from kitchen staff like we are a family of 4 and we don't eat anything else from breakfast and everyday we take 4 glasss milk so kids can eat something later once they wake up .Twice when there was a female staff in the kitchen if we request her for milk she said no more left even it was only 8 clock in the morning.Breakfast time is 6;30 to 9;30.One day when I had 2 glass milk and I ask her is there any more milk she said no more so I left the room it was 8 am in the morning so after while around 0850 I went to the breakfast room there was a Jug of milk so I said to her didn't you said its finished so couldn't answer me and went away .

The staff was friendly and the price was a great value. The room had a lot of amenities. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe in the room, mini fridge microwave and cooler fridge. Plenty of hot water and toilet was fine. TV, dresser, two tables and a sofa. Pool and hot tub. Best bag for the buck!

Some people will complain about minor cracking In the paint. Dust bunnies or cobwebs. Shady looking characters in the parking lot or pool area. Being realistic i understand that the lower price of the stay will open to a broader spectrum of people and things. I knew what i signed up for. No complaints.

Everyone was very helpful and made my stay very pleasant, even the shuttle driver. I was in a pinch and needed a place to stay overnight and you guys was the perfect stay for me. Thanks a million. Maurice.

There was nothing I didn't like all my questions were answered even where to get food at the various restaurants in the time they were open and closing. And in the morning the young man made sure my shuttle ride was PT at 5:45 a.m. to carry me to the John Wayne airport I arrived in more than enough time and the flight was great back home thanks again Maurice Snowden

location and the staff was friendly, the room I was staying in was clean and neat, it was alittle cold even after turning the heat on. maybe a thicker blanket or comforter.I was only there to sleep over for the night. it was quite and lots of eating options near

I was traveling cross country and found it unusual to have to put a deposit down.

Entering the lobby was quite impressive & welcoming. The rooms are huge! Beds very comfy! Even though we were by the airport, when our door was closed, never heard an airplane. Breakfast room was inviting. Maintenance came immediately, when a microwave was reported as faulty.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, great location and great staff! We spent a full week over the holidays and the staff made it great! Diana at the front desk and the breakfast person (sorry forgot his name), were absolutely fantastic, excellent customer service and friendliness. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, breakfast had good variety.

Our first room was very outdated and smelled very moldy. Staff was excellent (Diana), and was able to move us the next day, to a much better room.

Everything went well, from check in until breakfast and checkout. Staff that greeted me was awesome. I asked was there a good resturant/ diner to eat at and the one she had given me the kids and I truly enjoyed the food there. If I'm not mistaken I think the place was called Woody's. I was very pleased with the customer service. Thank you.

We had vert very loud neighbors. The kids and I could sleep that well because of the noise they were making. I had to call the front desk, and they had asked them to lower the noise but it only lasted for a little bit then back to the noise. That was the only thing that was bothersome to my kids and I.

everyone was nice and helpful the manager Diana gave me a nice room close to office and laundry for convenience! staff are all positive and friendly. Gustavo and Angelica maintenance were wonderful!!!

friendly professional staff, morning breakfast, location is good close to restaurants, spa and nice places.

the breakfast was the same all the 2 weeks, not a lot of options, not on time most of mornings but it’s way better that other hotels close to that area.

With the exception of one night the stay was quiet. All I did was work eat and sleep. I had one bowl of Cheerios therefore I would not be qualified to rate their breakfast.

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful.
