Outside landscape decorated the place well. Room was modern, clean and everything worked. Staff from desk clerks to breakfast manager were pleasant and helpful. Excellent updates in decor in room and lobby, plus huge window in breakfast room fun to look through.

The building was tucked behind a gas station and across from another motel making it hard to find in the dark from the street. Rating this place as one star is a misnomer: it is better than that.

We love staying here. Never had a problem arise and the staff loves my dog. It's awesome to be greeted in the morning by the staff and they actually took the time to remember my name! If you stay in El cajon definitely come check em out. There's always some of those gutter crawlers anywhere ya go in east county but the staff as well as security does a good job keeping them out and away. Not many places give you a sense of urgency or a sincere feeling but these guys really do. Prices are fair for the area and it's a no brainer to go somewhere where the staff does their job without acting like you inconvenienced them.

That I didn't come here sooner to escape the madness at the other property we were staying at.

This has got to be one of the quieter places in El cajon. Staff is just hands down amazing. From the front desk to the security and even the maids are awesome and make you feel like family. We have stayed here often and yes they had construction going on but who doesn't right now and they have really spruced the place up so it was totally worth the minor inconvenience if any it caused. Don't bother with the competitors across the street as from personal experience they aren't very pet friendly and staff ignores you.

My only complaint is that it is a Chevron and not a 7-11 that is closest.

The staff was very friendly and assisted me with anything I needed very quickly.

There wasn't any towels changed everyday we stayed and had to ask for new ones which weren't available.

The room are very nice and very big! The staff has always been very nice and helpful also. I would recommend this hotel for any stay

I loved everything

Comfortable beds and not a bad price. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Security onsite and the guy actually patrols the place.

My only complaint is the chair in my room. It was not very comfortable but staff fixed it without me asking so they have sharp hearing and more than met my expectations.

Location for my weekend affairs!!

I was locked out of my room after the 1st night stay. Staff was out of office for 10 minutes and had to re-program my room card. Not enough towels & wash cloths for a Family of 4. Mattress was Too Soft!! Mechanical work being done to a car on site. Is this a rental property as in tenants (weekly/monthly regulars). People appeared to be at home!!

Very spacious and very good staff.

The only issue we had was the bathroom. When we got there the floor was wet and it was a little bit dirty

The platinum suites jacuzzi tub 1-2 person The Honeymoon suite jacuzzi 3-4 people (Both being if people are properly placed)

The last 2 stays in the honeymoon suite the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Which was the reason for getting the Honeymoon suite

Everything was nice. I'm glad they have security at night. I felt safe.

I really can't say anything bad except that it takes a while to get my deposit back.🙂🙂🙂
