I love the location! College East is a seriously underrated area of San Diego. I love that there at least 7 restaurants within walking distance (that I can think of!), as well as several convenience stores and low key shopping. I also think the building has a good layout. The neighborhood seems to be middle/lower middle class, everything about this place and its surroundings make me think of the 70’s, and I’m a gen Z.

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, though I do see plaster/drywall guys working on the property when I stay here.

I stayed 4 days and no problems. The staff was great. The bedding was a little outdated and bed was hard, but other than that, there were no problems. The place was clean and quiet. The rooms have a microwave and fridge. I would definitely stay there again.

The manager Victor was very friendly an tried his best to accommodate are stay here..He made sure we were comfortable. I Would recommend this motel if your looking for a relaxing area.

I feel that you need to upgrade or get new towels.

Clean and reasonable value. Location is good when visiting SDSU. There are several options for eating and drinking within a block in either direction. Free parking and the neighborhood seemed reasonably safe.

The room was very basic with no window facing the front. View was looking over a back lane.

The staff was direct and made sure their guidelines were understood. The condition of the room was on point and location is pretty sweet. The are bars and mini clubs up and down the street, it was a last minute stay and the accomadated for it accordingly! 👍😁

I didn't like the visitor rule but it's understandable with what they are aiming too accomplish.

Staff was nice and very clear about the rules. Parking was provided. Checked in late at night and staff was nice and accomodating. I would gladly come back. Great prices as well.

The neighborhood was kind of rough but this motel didnt attract that environment arounf it. It was quite the opposite. Peaceful and serene.

Room was spacious, checking in with Victor was a breeze, good Wi-Fi , and none of the riff raff one often finds in a 2 star motel in SD. Even better is Victor will not only price match , he goes above and beyond !!!

Just wish I'd known to contact them directly for the best price !!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to freeway to get downtown.

Parking lot could fill up when too many rooms were occupied.

The only thing that was the hardest is hearing the neighbors next to us with loud music all night the first night and the neighbors above us center like they were jumping off the bed.

It was very clean and a great location. The bed was a bit stiff but otherwise a great value. We stayed for a concert and would definitely stay here again.

A softer bed and extra pillows would be nice
