great staff, attended to our needs immediately, Melody and another girl, so sorry I forgot her name, she brought extra pillows and blanket. Bed/pillows were so comfortable I immediately fell asleep and woke up refreshed the next morning. Very clean. has microwave, small refrigerator, TV and free wi-fi as stated. And quiet as well for a good nights rest. Parking was safe, police station was nearby.

expensive breakfast, did not expect this. It was better before. had been a loyal client for more than 5 years now. would have gone out to McDonalds for a better value. refrigerator was not functioning our water bottles stayed room temperature

Staff were amazing, very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Clean hotel, good location and very spacious room.

There were lots of switches for lights etc all over the room, don’t see why there was so many but this is a really minor point and should not really impact booking preference.

The staff was great and hotel was very clean. Also liked that it was close to restaurants, Starbucks, shops and Freeway

We were a little disappointed with the food. Also, would have liked a little more shelving/space in the bathroom.

Room was spacious, clean, and there was a Starbucks across the street and the Cajon PD which made me feel safe to be in the area.

When I booked the room, I thought a continental breakfast was included. Breakfast was $10/per person, and not really great. Also the tv in the room only had 40 channels, no Spanish channels which I thought was a bit odd.

The staff was very good. We got checked in fast and easy. Rooms were clean and spacious the beds are amazing. The AC was not working, Called to the desk, and in no time, had us in another room. That was a delight. Very fast to help in anyway they could. The area was great walking distance to restaurants. Definitely We Will Be Staying There Again.

Everything was great..

Free parking, WiFi and spacious room. Location close to the wedding I was attending.

First, encountered homeless street folks within close proximity of hotel as I drove in; caused concern as to whether I had made a mistake. Second, Would have liked more restaurants or stores nearby especially with limited meal service at the hotel, but understood why.

Both are excellent

One staff member at the front desk almost ruined our entire stay by being rude and unable to listen to the needs of the guest. The management was able to make up for her shortcomings.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings, large bath/shower. Good view and quiet. The entry and lobby area were well appointed, very nice vibe. Close to restaurants.

Didn't like that there is no complimentary breakfast. I did buy breakfast and it was ok but pricey for what one gets. I would choose to go across the street to Starbucks next time.

The breakfast was amazing! Having a restaurant in the lobby is def a plus!

It seemed like they had some people who had been actually living on the premises near our room, several families and kids were running from room to room at all hours of the day and night.

only 2 handicap parking spaces for the entire facility; “open-style” shower glass enclosure really needs a real door
