I needed to fax some paperwork to the Insurance Company. The gentleman took time out to come around the counter and show me how to email it to the company. Instead took his time and walked me through my new phone I didn't understand it, excellent staff, excellent people.. Not to mention the night I tried to get a room and the girl checked all over town for me to see if there was any.. The next night, they were able to accommodate me for a week... Smiles on that 1.

That I got a room the next week that wasn't as. Well lit no microwave and a small refrigerator... I should go back to best western instead of this golf course

I appreciated being able to check-in early. Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 story facility without elevator. Breakfasts were okay. Not much variety in daily hot meals. Always sausage, never bacon. Usually scrambled eggs although a couple of days held omelets. Very good instant hot chocolate. Options included eggs, sausage, waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt and dry cereals. Breakfasts officially ends at 9:00 but staff came in then to eat and take breaks.

Overall good sized room. It was clean (besides a stain on one of the bed skirts (not the part you sleep on) which is probably the most important aspect to me when staying in a hotel. Great breakfast, decent sized dining area. Parking is tight but it seemed like there was enough, plus there is some overflow if needed. Front desk lady was really nice

Pricey for one night but in comparison to other hotels in the area it was on the lower end. Bed wasnt very comfortable, new matresses would really help.

Location was good and easy to walk places. Breakfast was decent and the evening staff were friendly.

I got there a little early and was told my room was not ready and that I couldn't wait in the lobby but was told I could wait outside or around back. I woke up with a headache the first morning and so I decided to check the ac unit. I found a removeable filter which when I took it out it was dirty so I rinsed it in the tub. The next morning I did not wake up with a headache so I assume that was the issue.

The staff was super friendly at check in. The man at the front desk explained due to covid since my husband and I were only staying two nights that there would be no cleaning service to our room and if we needed extra towels or anything else all we had to do was ask. I thought that was very reasonable and did not mind at all. We stayed in a king suite and the room was much bigger than I was expecting. The room was very clean and seemed very modern. The outside of the building is also very cute and seems like it has been recently renovated.

Beds were comfortable. TV options were good. AC/Heat unit worked very well and had option to leave fan running to keep air moving in the room. Storage was good. Bathroom was clean.

Suggest regular bathtub drain check for hair clogs. That's all.

The employees were very nice and the bed was very comfortable

The parking lot was very uneven and the grout was coming up between the floor tiles in the bathroom

The staff is always very nice, pleasant and helpful. This is my third stay and they are always consistent. There are other places that are fancier, but it's the staff that brings me back!

Very Friendly service

The $30.00 non refundable pet fee. I understand a charge, but I am to understand that we are placed in a "pet" room and if the pet does not destroy or urinate or poop on any of the beds or accessories then I feel a half portion should be returned to the customer. Not all pets are destroyers. Now I've stated my view. I do appreciate hotels that do accommodate my pet family member. Thank You

WE came in for an early holiday so it was disappointing to find out there was no elevator with our room on the 2nd floor. Fortunately, Nasser offered to help us carry up our luggage so we could carry up the rest. Later, there was an issue with the shower which was fixed within the hour! The staff went all out and I thank them.
