Super 8 by Wyndham El Cajon San Diego

Area is not great but felt safe on property and in my room. It’s a good hotel for the price and value. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Our room was cleaned very well every morning. since at some places they only clean your room every 3rd night.

the only downside was the safe did not work. it did no bother us since we didn’t need it on this trip. However there was a note to notify the front desk if the safe was necessary.

Considerable price ... Expectations match ur expense towards what you getting. Pretty calm for the most part. Front people might be a little rude or off .. but overall very close to gas stations restaurants a Walmart etc. Etc.

The front desk people .... EITH THE Exception of WALTER. that guy is the most nicest, help ful and considerated people there is there. THANK You WALTER. you a real one.

The price was reasonable, room was clean, they give you extra towels upon request. There are a few restaurants nearby, don't have to drive too far out of your ways to just get something to eat.

People in the area. But you get that nowadays every you go. While standing outside of the room, a woman comes by to ask if she can come in our room just to wash her hands? DEFINITE NO! so just be aware of your surroundings, anyone that's reading this. Other than that, nothing else to complain about.

It's located in a nice spot. Parking lot seems alright although I don't drive. Also, the lobby was nice too.

There was nothing much for me to not like. It was my first time getting a room of my own in El Cajon and it was interesting. However, I really loved having my own space for a night which felt like my own staycation & that's a plus in my book.

Didn’t think to have Breakfast 🤨 The place could use some cleaning up on the outside. Grounds not good. People loitering outside. But inside was totally fine. We were kind of worried at first, but when we got on elevator, which was dirty, it worked fine and room was outstanding. Thank You 😇

Good room, very clean, new fridge and the bed was big and comfortable

The check in time was supposed to be at 3 pm, i got there around 3:15 and they didn't have the room ready. He said there was only 2 cleaning ladies working that day. I had to wait like 45 min for the room to be ready, the check out is a little early,11am, other than that everything was very good.

The room was clean and orderly. It had a refrigerator and microwave too. There was a coffee maker with coffee but we didn't use it. We had a ground floor unit and parked right outside. We got there in the early evening and left in the morning so we didn't stay too long. The TV had lots of channels.

The area seemed a bit sketchy. The hotel was fenced in with cameras all around. We had no issues. There was no breakfast available due to Covid.

Only thing I didn't like was that the television 📺 kept shutting off every 45 minutes it's on a timer and you have to keep turning it on and finding the channel you was looking at

Nice hotel clean, comfortable beds,hot water and easy access to everything...

blankets really thin very uncomfortable sheets were dirty with red dots that was super gross trying to call the receptionist didn’t work because the phone was not working

The bathtub and shower were very clean and worked well. Everything was clean and fresh and it had a small coffee pot and an awesome iron and ironing board. We will definitely be back again. 😊

Too bad they didn't have the breakfast and the pool was closed but they did have a washer and dryer although it was $5.00 to wash and dry one load of laundry but it worked well so that was nice 🙂
