We loved the heated pool facing beach, the outdoor bar and food, the fire pits, and outdoor movie night. They also had bikes, beach toys, and fishing gear to use on pier. Valet parking was great and hotel was clean.

The view from our room was the hotel roof next door literally 2 ft away from our room. The dinner menu at restaurant needs to be changed. The restaurant was empty more of a bar than restaurant. I am a foodie and the dinner menu was very disappointing. The few pieces of steak and 3 asparagus spears, not a great presentation or portion size. A bread basket would be nice. I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality was there. Would love to see breakfast buffet for families staying at resort. We would have eaten more meals there if they had something good to offer.

While having prepaid the room 4 weeks in advance, and with clear request of connecting or close by rooms, they still didn’t manage to organise this simple request. Only valet parking with additional fees Fitness centre extremely basic and not inviting to try it out Pismo beach is a pretty cold place with almost no sun, be prepared. We didn’t like it coming from Santa Monica and Santa Barbara.

The automatic light in the bathroom at night was too bright and disrupted sleep, there seem to be an issue with the outlet in the room, some things ran for awhile and then shut off like the fridge. Coffee maker did not work, contacted front desk when we left, they suggested a pod had been left in the machine, but that wasn't the issue. In any case, it was not a deal breaker for me. The restaurant was under a change so we did not eat there, considered it, but menu was very limited for dinner and we were there for a birthday celebration. There are many wonderful restaurants near by so, again not a deal breaker.

Dog friendly hotel right on the beach and near the pier. The room was really nice, very spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved our stay except that it was quite pricey for booking during a weekday. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a complementary breakfast or free parking for the higher price they charge. They do offer free coffee, but when my husband went to get some, the pot was out and no one came to refill it. So that was a disappointment. All in all it was a comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

We were there 3 nights and never offered clean towels, bedding or trash removal. This was unacceptable with the cost of our room.

Loved the central location. The hotel was beautifully appointed.

Booked for dinner but then the kitchen couldn't honour the booking as the restaurant had neen so busy being 4 July. But the restaurant host allowed us to order in the pizza and eat that in the bar area which was fine.

I do recommend this place , if you decide to visit Pismo beach. It’s located right in the middle which of the beach which is great! Room was excellent! Very nice and well cleaned.

Food and drinks at the hotel was ok. But would recommend to try the restaurants at the area, lots of stores that are walking distance only. The thermostat in our room was not working, so we had trouble falling asleep.

Felt like you never had to leave the property, everything you wanted was there. Rooms were incredible and staff was all very friendly!

Dinner was not the best for what the cost was. A steak with French fries was almost 50 bucks and very limited options. Would probably not stay for the dinner next time. Also a fire pit was reserved for hours without anyone showing up to it. Would have been nice to let people use it instead of reserving it for guests that never showed.

Loved the size of our room. We had a double queen room. Nice big TV for watching the Giants/Dodgers. Location couldn’t be better - the beach, restaurants, shops all within very close walking distance. Hot tub and pool are fabulous as well as fire pits. Nice decor, comfortable and clean.

Coffee is free before 7am, but after that they charge $5 per cup. $5!!! Offering complimentary coffee all morning would go a long way toward making guests feel more at home. It’s a low cost way to say “we appreciate you.” Couple of the exercise machines were out of order. Salmon we ordered one night at the Somerset Grill was quite fishy and the $10 kids Caesar salad is laughable (like 10 pieces of lettuce). Felt more like a $5 salad. Tap water in Pismo tastes awful. They should have a bottle filling station on every floor with filtered water.

The limited space to load and unload your car. It's a bit stressful for people when they are trying to load their luggage and others cant go because theres not enough space for them to get through
