Pool & hot tub were available. There was 2 other hotels which I won't name in the same area- the Pool(s)hot tub(s) were not available & it was advertised pool/ hot tubs- when we checked in neither one of the hotels mentioned the pool/ hot tubs were not available- we found out after we got ready yo go down to the pool- !!!!🤬- We got refunds& left!

Took awhile to check out 20 minutes- should have been a quicker/ smoother check out.

We asked for handicap accessible room and it was located on first floor near the front of the buildings for easy access. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a retro refrigerator and microwave as expected. The room was clean and easy to use.

The only negatives were that there was not place to hang up clothes and the showerhead had a rubber gasket that had slipped out of place and was leaking down the handle while taking a shower.

you guys should change all the bed cover because the attendant say all the bed have cigarette burn and the room soooo smells. cigarette I thought is no smoking. and the cleaning should spray freshener. if they clean the room . very very smelly. the homeless park in the parking lot they mak rubbish’s.

After a while of not coming to this location, the staff have improved tremendously and the rooms aren’t as bad. The AC was good and the tv channels too. I usually come here to take some time to study for finals or test so I appreciate the table and seats in the room. I wish they had a loyalty program because I come here often and could probably get points to earn a free stay haha. overall, it’s good for the price (though it is getting pretty pricy).

outside of the property does look a little run down but nothing bad . . . a lot of shady people for sure and sometimes homeless.

Over all it was a good stay. Stayed here for a week. Room service came every day while I was working to restock what I had used (coffee, packets of creamer, sugar, shampoo ect. ) as well and replaced used towels with new ones. AC works great. Wifi is good. Close to the freeway. Inside the In&Out parking lot and within walking distance to a few other food places for a choice, which saved us from driving around. The pool was a great treat for the kiddo after a long hot day. There wasn't a whole lot of commotion from the other renters late at night. A majority of them are working (I've seen them go to work on my way to work in am) and the place quiets down after a certain time at night. Unlike other motels where a lot of the renters are druggies or just inconsiderate of others. The hotel wasn't "loud" if that makes sense? Don't get me wrong. These places can't control who they really rent to and can't control what they do. But in comparison to a room I rented last week within this city, this was by far better. Not sure if it's the pricing or location but It's worth $$. Super friendly Staff.

When I went to wipe up the floor the cloth I wiped it with was really dirty. Like the floor hadn't been clean. The blanket under the comforter was old and had big patches of fabric missing.

The location was perfect. There were many places to go to eat and some nice stores around the area. The room was big enough and the staff were very nice.

the thermostat for the AC/heater was broken.

I really enjoyed, staying here and I really loved how the staff were so friendly and they truly were there to answer all of my concerns.

It was in a very nice area and close to the freeway and I have nothing bad to say about this.

The bed was comfy and clean. The room all around was great! Well Stocked. 👍

That we had to snap out of it to check out and get back to reality.

The staff was beyond kind, daily they extended such a courtesy that is often hard to find during a time such a the state we are in due to the pandemic caused by COVID19. The hardship they go through risking so much to provide the services and overall courtesies to create this relaxing environment is more than anyone could ask ot begin to assume would be what would have or could have been provided. In sum I d0nt think the recognition of the risk let alone the tenacity it takes to accomplish the kind of distinct results that have risen above during my company and I's stay during our time here. With that siad from my team to yours thank you for all you have done and put up with. Though we may not see the same as you we undersand that you provide even when the risk is beyond measure and we will never forget that kind of genuine focus that you have provided to the detail to your taken on responsibilitrs and will say that there is nothing but gratitude from us all.
