The total length of my stay were 8 nights. For the price charged, I'd say the hotel went beyond my expectations. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Lake Forest. Todd and Amy at the front desk were super friendly and made sure I had everything needed for a great stay. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. The TV was very good, it has cox cable service with several different channels to chose. There's an office table with a good chair, which makes it easy and comfortable If you have to work on your computer for longer hours. I found specially nice there was a minibar, cabinets, coffee machine, microwave theres plenty of storage for food, and for your clothes on the drawers. Breakfast was good. There were healthy options such as: egg white omelet, low carb yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Would definitely stay there again.

The only two things I'd mention that could be better. The hot tube was not working, the pool area could use some better furniture. It'd be nice to have a sun lounger or something... The a/c in my room was a bit noisy.

I and my sister were impressed With the services that the employee or the manager by the name Todd filling up the food and very quickly clean the tables after people! His smile is also incredibly! All those employees seated at the reception are very nice people who greeted us with smile as we came in and out. We really enjoyed our stay. We have planned to return to the same hotel.

If boiled ages could be provided for those not eating the baked ones. Also fresh fruits and salads to add to the breakfast menu.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet as was the building and surrounding area. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided offered a variety of food options and the staff was very friendly and receptive to questions/concerns.

When we arrived we discovered that the window did not have a screen and wouldn't shut. Maintenance arrived very quickly when contacted and was able to close it. However, we opted to leave it shut since a screen needed to be installed and maintenance did not have one immediately available. We also noticed another window in the stairwell that remained open without a screen throughout our two day stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice but the cereal and oatmeal options were all sugary. Fortunately, there were other options to consider besides cereal, pancakes and pastries (eggs, sausage and toast).

This was or 3rd or 4th time staying here, but was the best experience so dar. We enjoy the clean rooms, good breakfast, and location. But this trip Todd, the gentleman at the front desk REALLY went above and beyond for us. He was kind, quick, yet thorough. His service was exceptional and the best part of our stay. We will definitely stay here again next time Weare in tow. Thanks Todd!

Breakfast is always yummy! People who work there are the best! Todd is the best front desk guy!! Hysterically kind and funny! Levi is so kind! Rosa is the best manager of the cleaning crew!

Everything is all I could ever ask for!! Keep up the good work!! I will always keep coming back for sure!!

The location, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff (must mention Todd! He was super welcoming and helpful!)

No fresh fruit for breakfast but there were plenty of other choices...it would have been great to have fresh fruit though.

It was close to shops in all directions. Property was quiet. Breakfast was really good. Cinnamon rolls were amazing.

The Bathroom door didn’t latch so it would just open right up. the AC was making a weird noise so I pulled the filters out and they haven’t been cleaned in God knows how long. I do AC so I pulled them out cleaned, dried them and put them back in. we were on the first floor and the people above us were extremely rude and loud. I was really close to having to go upstairs and find out what the heck they would keep dropping on the ground making loud bangs. Overall the hotel was nice. Would considered staying there again.

Todd, the front desk employee, was so friendly and accommodating. I don’t ever recall experiencing a more pleasant and enthusiastic front desk employee! The breakfasts were fantastic! The beds were amazingly comfy!!

Room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs.

If I had any critique at all it would be to maybe update the foyer furniture.

Todd at the front desk provided us with a warm welcome and everything we needed. Super friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. Everything looked new. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Location was very convenient.
