My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the whole place was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff in general very friendly, the parking was free, and the detail of the snacks and the 2 bottles of water at the welcome seemed very nice. . definitely recommended we will be back soon

The only thing I didn't like was the noise of the air conditioning.

The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We liked being able to reserve the BBQ for our sports group and being aloud to bring in outside food. We didn’t bring a pet but it’s still nice that the hotel is pet friendly.

We forgot to bring a wall charger for our phone so it wouldn’t been nice if the lights in our room had usb ports so we could’ve charged our phones.

The breakfast was a step above the usual fair you get at most hotels. There was a dinner which was a surprise. The room was nice and comfortable and I used the kitchenette a little.

I had a encounter with a pit bull that got away from it's owner. Apparently there was and issue with the dog and the owner was asked to leave. It attacked my Labrador before it left the property. Fortunately we able to separate the dogs before and major damage was done. The management contacted me twice about what happened and left me a gift certificate at the front desk.

Cleanliness. Breakfast and Happy hour food was good. The grounds were very dog friendly. Nice place and suite.

Group on floor above us checked or came back in at 1:15am and like a herd of elephants they were very disturbing. It took them 45 minutes to settle down. Rudeness can happen at any hour…

We spent only one night here but Staybridge Suites was a nice hotel and our room was very spacious and super clean. Front desk stuff was nice and they helped us to find some milk for our daughter at night. Good breakfast and the breakfast area was spacious enough. We enjoyed our stay and if we go to Irvine again, we will definitely stay here.

Spacious, kitchen facility, comfortable bed, clean, breakfast, we could walk to son's house and shops, quiet

through no fault of proprietor, the lift was out of operation the day we left; and, as we had a kitchen, it would be nice to have a small di ing table. If I were to stay longer I'd want a change in breakfast menu.

The breakfast selection was varied & fresh. Fruit was missing from the buffet and a young man in the kitchen cheerfully brought out more watermelon.

Due to flight connection issues, we missed our first night’s stay. Although we called Booking .com & informed an agent of the delay who assured me the message would be relayed, upon check in at the hotel, the Front Desk said no message was received. 🤷‍♀️

spacious and perfect for a family. Two masters with locks unheard of. Three tvs (didn’t use). free wifi. full kitchen. front desk welcoming and handed out candy on Valentine’s Day. so sweet! my kids want to move in lol.

phone didn’t seem to work to call front desk. would have preferred keurig. lights were bright in vanity and no way to get ready while husband slept without flooding the room with light. had there been mirrors anywhere else I could have dealt. no low light option for ambiance either.

This hotel is great and when in that area always book a room, family was able to barbeque out side by the pool area and was very nice in that area

Visit for a wedding and my room was on the other side of the hotel far from the party and 2 rooms were in the same proximity very hard to stay together and enjoy time.

This Staybridge is top notch. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Our shower had low water pressure the first night. We reported this to the front desk and within hours it was fixed. The shower our second night was perfect.
