Ayres Suites Mission Viejo

I liked the warmth with the Christmas tree and fireplace roaring as we walked in on a cold and rainy night. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially was grateful that they allow pets!! The breakfast is the real deal and you have a selection of yogurt, potatoes, bacon, sausages, eggs, bagels, breads, juices etc! If you went out to breakfast for two persons, you just saved yourselves 35-40$ ! Will definitely rebook with Ayres Hotel!

well everything was great! I would only suggest that the pet deposit be based on # of nights and not a flat rate. I paid 75$ for my small pet for one night. The flat rate deposit is based on your entire stay so if you stay 5 nights it’s the same as 1 night.

Great location, lovely sized rooms. Breakfast was basic but adequate. We particularly liked that it is a pet friendly hotel.

Covid regulations meant the room was only made up once in a one week stay.

The location was perfect for us. We were attending a wedding near by and it was an 8 min drive to/from the venue. Waking up to a wonderful breakfast the following morning was so perfect!

Everything. The staff was amazingly helpful. It has a great atmosphere.

The vent switch wasn't separate from light in the bathroom.

Breakfast offerings were very good. There was something for everyone. Server was friendly and accommodating. It's a good value, and I like that it's included in the room rate.

Would have liked a couple of bottles of water in our refrigerator upon arrival.

Very quiet - never heard any noise from anyone above me. Lots of parking and could see my car from my room. Water pressure good and everything in room was in good working order.

The breakfast ends at 9:00 am.. I think that is too early an wish they had at least a bagged breakfast available for those who do not get up at 6:00am. There is no little store to buy water, or snacks, no restaurant open due to Covid and there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance; you need to have a car. I also wish there was some type of fruit available..an apple, or a banana. Air conditioning in room is pretty noisy but for a window unit it does keep the room cool. Problem with TV reception in the evenings. Screen pixelates and sound is distorted. It happens almost nightly.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was yummy and a bonus. The room also came with a microwave and sink area which I did not use but it was nice to have.

The location was a bit far away from the freeway exit. Other than that, no complaints.

As a couple, we have stayed in at least four different Ayres locations and always note the consistency in quality in terms of customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and the hot breakfast. We will continue to seek Ayres as our home-away-from-home when traveling. At this particular location: Beautiful views of the local hills and charming birds contributed to a relaxing ambiance.

Another fantastic Ayres stay. I have nothing questionable to report.

The dining room was closed for construction and had to walk across the parking lot to another building . It was difficult on me since I had a sprained knee.If I was told before checking in I would not have stayed there!!

The size of the room was spectacular, we loved the comfort and quality of the bed!

The price was a bit much, the breakfast for decent and the pool was for crowded.
