Clean boutique vibes hotel. Has a nice pool and rooms with good vibes. Walk away from restaurants and cafes.

The rooms have no sound insulation. You will hear the road noises all night long, so bring your earplugs. Also watch out for hook in the bathroom door, I managed to hit my eye to it in the middle of the night.

Decor inside. Huge landscape trees. Would prefer wicker outside. Less hard surfaces. White chairs odd. Not inviting at all. Too modern. ( I lived in a mid century modern home). Cold. Benches odd on deck. No back. Hard. Let renters know they are in a unit across from a kitchen. Offer discounted price. Omg. Constant. Boxes of produce stacked behind kitchen against wall. Rats? Someone should contact health department. Maybe it was for modernism crowds but it was outside three days. We decided to not order cauliflower at our restaurant visit.

Room was very clean. I liked the glass and plastic (chair) surfaces that were easy to sanitize. Bed was very comfortable, but a little soft for me. Excellent HVAC system that was easy to control through a simple remote. Walk in shower. Outdoor surroundings (patio, pool area , landscaping) were among the best I've seen. Very inviting. Aaron, the person in the office was very personable and helpful.

No easy chair or sofa to watch tv from. Patio was not private (surprise). Noise from unit above was very noticeable. It took a long time to get hot water which was wasteful. Distance from shower valve to shower head is long so there is a delay in making temperature adjustments. You could get scalded if not careful. No microwave.

The hotel is really gorgeous, very zen vibes and clearly looked after well. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, lovely to have towels and cold water available too. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Palm Springs

The only reason for not giving a 10/10 was that the pool did not open until almost 9:30am despite it being incredibly hot and sunny from very early in the morning. This was due to a thorough cleaning process of the grounds (which is a great thing to see!) however it would have been nice to have been able to use the full facilities in the morning. As everything was being washed down, the steps up to our first floor room were very wet and slippy when carrying suitcases down to check out.

This was a nice and peaceful hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The property and pool area are very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

For everything there was to like, I was disappointed with the lack of pool service. At this price point, I except to be able to lounge at the pool and have food/beverage service at the pool. There are restaurants and places to eat all around, in walkable distance, but when you are lounging all day at the pool, it's pretty inconvenient to get up and change to get some food midday.

I really loved how gorgeous the property was and how affordable it was being that it was next to downtown Palm Springs. The complimentary bikes were such a hit! It really allowed my partner and I explore the beautiful neighborhood homes and downtown. The pool area was such a relaxing vibe, the music they played was super chill and soothing. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Free daily parking was a plus! I will definitely be returning!

The only thing I would say is that the room was in need of a renovation. The bathroom window is in need for a redo of the privacy film or curtain, people can see us shower or use the restroom if they peeked in/walked by. They should also consider making window access to rooms, my room had none so we relied on the AC for air flow.

Nicely run boutique hotel. The front desk personnel are amazing. So friendly, so nice. My flight was delayed all day so every time I called with an update, they were like "no problem". The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and stylish in all white. Location is easy to get to so many places. Appreciated the non-allergenic bedding.

They could add an electronical outlet by the bedside table. Each time I visit, I have to plug my phone on the other side of the room

The room and property design is fresh and modern. The bed is comfortable. Coffee, juice and breakfast rolls in the office in the morning. Pool's great. Parking convenient. Restaurants semi-attached are convenient and great! Small enough to feel secluded but with all the amenities.

We requested an early check in far in advance and arrived at 10:45a and were OK waiting but it became hours. We had to really push to get into the room. If we didn't, we weren't getting in there even by 3p. Seems like the property was not trying to accommodate by prioritizing the request or the room cleaning and/or they didn't have enough staff.

Loved how close to downtown it is! An easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The pool was great even was heated at night! Our king bed was super comfortable! And the room was a great size! Loved how private this hotel is.

Didn’t really love the shower, I thought it was somewhat small but it was very clean! I thought the price could’ve been a bit cheaper since we only stayed two nights but it was worth the $$$

Friendly staff, and the grounds are nice - great pool area with towels and ice water, lovely landscaping. The room was very basic but clean. Not a lot of frills to the room but bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated the morning coffee, juice, croissants but would like a Keurig or something in the room for first thing coffee, not having to get dressed and go to the lobby. Plenty of clothing storage in the room. Really quiet in the morning even though the side I was on faced a busy street. The pool area was so nice, and I appreciated the hot tub too! Loved the use of a bicycle for a morning ride.

I would have enjoyed a comfortable chair in my room. The bathroom was HUGE but super basic, which felt a little strange. For me personally the music by the pool could have been a little lower volume, more background.
