The pools and hot tub pool were great and clean

The rooms were a little tired could do with updating and the floor needed replacing as very worn, the hotel said no pets, but there was a lot of people with there dogs than also came in to the pool areas, being allowed lay on the sun loungers! Not ideal!

Great location and the facility is clean. I like the pool hours and the contactless check-in. My room had everything I needed for this trip. This is my third time staying here, I I like it. Chris, from Elixir bar, is very friendly and polite.

It would have been great to be closer to the adult pool and to be at the ground floor. At the time of my stay, there were a lot of vacant rooms at the 100 and 200 building. I was not sure why I was assigned a room at the 400 area.

Breakfast wasn’t included but there were plenty of restaurants around to get breakfast if you wanted to.

There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like. My family and I had such an amazing time there. It exceeded more than we ever anticipated. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool hours were phenomenal. The location and the variety of restaurants and shops were absolutely incredible. Most of all the prices were so cheap, I thought the rooms were going to be so much more. We are definitely going back and for a longer stay. The way the rooms were decorated, I felt I was actually home. It was my style. My family and I would like to thank all the staff members for giving us such a memorable time. Loved the pool area, water is clean and the Pool is huge. We had breakfast at the restaurant attached...beyond gorgeous! Loved how every room has an access code to enter anywhere, feels super safe and no key/card to lose. The best rooms are the ones facing the pool and have an enclosed entrance, worth the price. There are rooms that enter through the parking lot, not fun...you have to walk all the way around to get to the pool. Loved the little gym and by the pool there are clean bathrooms, ice and water machine. There are two pools: adult and family. Loved this feature as I would like to have my kids chilling without 20something booties out...the booties can stay on the adult side. Adult side has dj and bar, fun for 21+

The room floor wasn't super clean, balcony needed some cleaning and the outside looked a little worn out. The frig is so tiny, almost pointless. The restaurant waiters never came out to ask if we wanted to order anything and you can't walk in with bathing suits either. Restaurant has decent breakfast pricing but OMG on the dinner menu, 48dlrs for a pasta plate!

We visited last year and it was great, came back this year and not much has changed. Love the night swimming and the fact there is a bar and dj on the weekends! 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are great too. Staff on site all the time and they respond quickly to messages. Air conditioning is clutch, bed is relatively comfy.

Pool wasn’t cleaned much, stayed for 8 nights and it seemed worse every time. It would be cool to get a vending machine, and microwaves. Better mini fridges as well as the showers need a redesign.

I personally had a very difficult time with the combination for the lock door. It seems it had to be done within a few seconds but I personally was not aware of the keyboard structure second and most of all there’s no lights so you can see it so you have to use your phone and get the code off your phone and it’s a nightmare. Everything to stage there has to be a program that would not require a digits to open the door. It was alphanumeric the code could probably be shorter. The other shoe is just maids are we came four days out of staying for five and nobody ever came

I absolutely loved the pool area! Its opened from 7 am to 11 pm! Everything I have ever wanted and needed. They have two pool areas: 21 or older and family. I stayed at the 21 and older. There is a large clean pool, a hot jacuzzi and a fire pit area. There are cabanas with misters and plenty of seating and comfortable lounges. Plenty of thick large towels! There are areas with full sun to shaded. There is a bar in the pool area that serves drinks and food. The staff was friendly and they were all happy to be there. My room was laid out well. Loved the comfortable large bed and the soft bedding with plenty of pillows. I loved finding extra towels in the closet in my room. In the closet are drawers, ear plugs and a radio disk player. I loved the flooring. It was not carpeting but felt comfortable under my feet. A large desk, comfortable chair, a refrigerator, plenty of hot water on demand and the water pressure was amazing. I also loved that all the doors operated with a private key code I was assigned to via an app. When I arrived to the hotel, I went to the front desk. I met Cassie. She explained that the room I was assigned via booking.com was near the family pool area. She quickly changed my room to 217 and allowed me to check in a few minutes early. She was so kind and helpful I asked if I could give her a hug! I am looking forward to staying at Sonders V again in August for another mini vacation! It was truly the best experience I have had thus far this year! Thank you.

The coffee machine did not work. The water never got hot. On my next trip I will bring with me a hot water kettle so I can make tea. There was this amazing hanging chair on my balcony but it was unusable. It is right next to the air conditioner making it useless and uncomfortable. That was a bit disappointing. I used it to hang my bathing suits to dry.

We had a great stay at Sonder V in Palm Springs. Good location and depending on the room great view of either the pool or mountains and palms. Room was clean, just smelled a bit 'weird' every time we entered the room but you get used to it.. probably comes from moist / A/C.. the guy we met from the perception was very nice and helpful. We would come again. I liked it that they have one pool for adults only and one for kids. We were there with kids and could enjoy the family pool without feeling like we annoyed anyone. Affordable accommodation that still looks very stylish :-)

Great atmosphere. Super friendly and helpful staff.

There was a clicking sound (possibly from pipes?), some of the outlets (in the desk and lamps) that didn’t work, curtains were a little too short and let the sun in.

Wow Sonder V went above and beyond. They exceeded my expectations. The app made it easy to check in and check out. I arrived earlier than expected and I was able to hang out at the pool meanwhile my check in time was ready. That was a huge deal for me because I wanted to stay at Sonder V for the pool vibe, people, music drinks. I got just that! The DJ played all the good songs and people looked like they were enjoying themselves. It was one of the hottest days 117, but I still enjoyed every minute. There was plenty of staff. I even got a nice card in my room with chocolates and a birthday drink at the bar. I will most definitely be staying here again! Thanks for making my 26th more memorable than ever!

It could be difficult finding the place so I would suggest a larger sign. You go to palm springs for an escape and the sun. I would like more umbrellas in the adult swimming pool because the seats get extremely hot.
