This is our second stay here. We are very impressed with the staff. Our first night was a little noisy due to a heater that was whiny but Vincent didn't hesitate to take care of the situation and get us in a different room. Slept very soundly after that. The breakfast lady was once again very helpful, efficient and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel. Even though it's location is tucked away in an odd spot it's so convenient to so many attractions and events. We will be back.

honestly pleasantly surprised by this hotel. staff was friendly, the bed was super comfortable with a LOT of pillows, rooms are fully equipped, down to an iron/ironing board + and what seems to be newly renovated interiors. breakfast is well equipped as well. there’s also a laundry room and small gym on site (didn’t use either). for the price, definitely would recommend.

the outside is a bit lackluster. also no elevators (I don’t think) so if you have a lot of suitcases, I’d book an accessible room which will put you on the ground floor. towels in the rooms are a bit small, and I had to restart my computer every day to get the wifi to connect.

Overall the quality was good according to the price. The bed was clean, hair dryer was working ( lots of places it was broken ) Also, the service was good when I forgot my thing at the hotel after checking out. The location was awesome, it was away from center of the town but close to all shopping places.

I didn't like the breakfast was the same everyday, I do hope they have some changes. The "do not disturb" sign should be in room instead of being in the front desk. We couldn't find the sign during the first day of stay and the room service just came in while we are sleeping in the morning when we have jetlag. Also, we kept kicking on the steel on the corner of the bed causing some scratches on the leg.

The beds were very comfortable. Great staff at the front desk and at breakfast. And the coffee was very good and the breakfast foods were kept well stocked.

We would have preferred a bit more variety at the breakfast. Our only complaint with the rooms was that the carpet was dirty (vacuumed) and it left our white socks very dirty each day. Due to road work right off of Kimberly, there was a power outage from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM that we hadn't anticipated. The staff did a good job the day before this happened of advising us of the outage.

From the moment we check in Martin, at the desk, was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady made delicious waffles & kept the area clean. The room was perfect and the bed was the best. We do a good bit of travel, stayed in much more expensive places and this one was a very pleasant surprise. We will return and highly recommend it to others.

This is the second time a number of our family members traveled in from separate states for a Memorial Service. We love helpful staff, price, clean room & comfortable bed, great breakfast selections. Location is in center of all our family who live in O.C. Thank you!

I'm very short. Bed is too high for me. Need a stool, or lower beds in some rooms.

The facilities are extremely clean and the staff are happy to help! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and spacious with excellent showers. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were a nice addition! The location is back in an industrial zone but there are some food options nearby and breakfast every morning!

Breakfast went well. Room was clean and comfortable and any needs were met as requested. Workers were friendly, location was what we needed. Only one negative was the complete non use of the swimming pool which seemed to have work done on it the whole stay we were there, which was one of the main reasons we stayed there. Not acceptable.

Convenient to where I was going in Fullerton. Noise stopped right after 9 pm, kids around the pool and such. Room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Also two chairs, a reading chair and a nice desk chair. Bed was fine. There was a dimmable night light in the bathroom which was great! I had brought one because it is so useful, but I didn't need it.

When I booked I was supposed to be accomodated with a 5:30 am breakfast. It was confirmed by Booking.com when I made the reservation. They didn't upen the breakfast until 7:00 am which is when I had to check out and leave. Luckily I brought food with me to eat in the room. The shower was way too much of a jet. The room was not really accessible since the shower head was too high and not adjustable. I did not request accessible room but my sister does.The lamp by the reading chair was out in the room, Another lamp was next to it so that was ok. I was not really expecting 5:30 breakfast so the shower was the only downside. I should not have been told that it was going to be an accomodation.

location was very convenient. I checked in a little later around 8:30 pm almost and was greeted by such a friendly face! I forgot the name of the male receptionist, young and Hispanic very pleasant 10/10. the check in went so smoothly & following other needs I inquired for my stay. excellent customer service! Will stay again.
