liked the room and location

We were promised a breakfast as we were taking the 4 a.m. shuttle to the airport on 6-30-22. Melinda was the staff person who checked us in on 6-29-22. She ordered 2 breakfasts and we were to get the breakfast bags prior to our shuttle trip. We went to the desk and there were no breakfasts. Instead we were given protein bars. The breakfasts should never have been promised if they weren't available. We were disappointed.

The staff was amazing. My experience with booking.com was horrible. Booking.com customer service was horrible, but Hampton made it all work out and I cancelled through booking and booked straight from the hotel. I have deleted my booking.com app as this was not my first bad experience with bookin.com.

I loved everything about the Hampton and the kind staff. BOOKING.COM WAS HORRIBLE> They never put my reservation through to the hotel and then they tried to rebook me at a hotel that was in a horrible neighborhood in downtown Sacramento whos rates were $59.00 per night. The Best Value inn. I was furious because they meaning booking.com told me that Hampton did not have any rooms, and that was a lie because I was sitting in their lobby and they booked a room direct for me. Cheaper and nicer then Booking.com. Booking.com offered me 25 euros for my trouble. I live in the USA, why would they offer me Euros.

The breakfast offerings were top notch. The best I've ever had for an included breakfast. There are many great places to eat lunch and dinner within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and a pleasure to use. The coffee bar available 24 hours was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no outside seating of any kind, there's plenty of space to put a few benches or maybe even a table with benches so guests can enjoy the outdoor beauty. The towels provided at the pool are way too small.

I appreciated the friendliness of the receptionists and the gentleman who drove the airport shuttle. They were engaged, polite and exceptional.i also really appreciated the size of my room. I didn't feel shoehorned into a little box.Considering how close I was to both a freeway and the airport, the room was very quiet.

The location of the light switch for the bathroom was in a very odd place outside the bathroom across the sink alcove near the closet. It took me several minutes to find it.

Breakfast was good, fresh and many options. Rooms were clean and nice size, service was decent. Close to airport but also in a good area with many places nearby for food, drinks and even convenient stores as well as grocery. Close to expressway too, easy to find.

Coffee ran out too fast, more options in snack area for purchase like fresh fruit, snacks, etc. Air conditioning was okay, but I am very hot natured and it seemed like it was chilly at some parts but was very stuffy for much of the time there. Not circulating throughout the room.

The bed was soft, the bathroom was roomy, enough space for two of us getting ready in the morning, Nice selection of breakfast. We appreciate an ice machine on the floor we stayed on. Great stay for family. Close to a variety of food options. Great location.

Room was very clean and comfy. Plenty of space. Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Will stay again.

My only complaint would be the weird light set up for the bathroom. When you turn the light on for the bathroom part, it also does a light where the sink is. Makes using the bathroom really bright for the one sleeping. Bad design if you ask me!

Clean & comfortable

Pool location, to close to parking lot Girl at the front desk was rude. I booked the rings together and requested they be near each other. They were on different floors. Even I mentioned it she argued. Even I asked to at least be in the same floor she tossed the key card to me. Very rude

I liked that the hotel had a breakfast bar and a variety of options. I liked that the pool was open and available to go swimming. I liked that there were plenty of towels in the room and there was a laundry room available to hotel guests if needed.

The beds were not very comfortable. I struggled to fall asleep and get comfortable both nights. I disliked the spacing between the window and the bed, it was a bit tight with the desk chair, there was limited space to move around.

I was charged for the airport shuttle and never told there was a charge. I asked “ do you have an airport shuttle “, I was told “yes” but never that there was a $20 charge for the two of us. I have stayed in many “airport” hotels and the Shias always complimentary.
