Only disappointed that awesome hard floors were dirty with coffee drippings everywhere bathrooms not mopped so you have to wears shoes. Disappointing and the hallway carpet dirty. Have staff Mop floors Easy fix I will still give high score to hotel.

I stay in a lot of hotels, I travel a lot for work, and I thought I'd take a chance at your facility. I love the floor plan, layout, the water closet and shower separate from the sleeping area, the different racks for coffee and microwave, and the cabinet to hang close. The barn door divided the sleeping area from the bath area. The modern upgrades of the hardwood floors are just something different and contemporary I appreciate

The only thing I had trouble with is I upgraded to your hotel. My company was willing to pay a portion, and I would spend the difference on my credit card. They couldn't understand what I was trying to do, so I just quit trying to explain what I needed to do. Was, I wanted to pay $800 on my company card and put the balance on my card, and the clerk (courteous and helpful) couldn't accommodate me for this transaction. That was my only issue other than that, as it was five stars.

Absolute best thing ever was LATE CHECK OUT! For $50, I was able to stay until 2pm!! Or they had an option of $25 for a check out of 12-1pm. Also it was quite, but located close to a lot of food and shopping. Most parking was big enough for a truck. Pool felt slightly heated, which made swimming in February possible. Also BIG work out room with all NEW appliances!

*Before you READ just know I would definitely stay here again!!* So... I wanted to stay 1 additional day and they said it would be additional $200 plus tax. When I was already staying for 2 nights at $350 tax included. It felt like they said that price because they didn't want me to stay longer. Great besides that, I stay at a lot of hotels in a lot of states and that was an odd conversation. I've never had a hotel want to charge more for a Monday than they do for Saturday/Sunday. Also, Breakfast was additional charge, but I know that before I booked.

The room was fantastic and the amenities in the room were so nice! I especially loved the shower arrangement with both a handheld showerhead and a rain showerhead!

Staffing was low and the gentleman who was checking us in was really busy. There were some guests that were complaining about their rooms and the poor guy had to deal with them while people who wanted to check in waited. Since he was alone, he got very stressed and frustrated. It would've been nice if there had been someone else around to help out, but with labor shortages, that wasn't possible. Kudos to him for doing the best he could!

I've come here multiple times and the service is usually on point! I've only had one hiccup on one occasion but it was swiftly corrected. Rooms are always clean and stocked with everything you need. I finally drank some of the complimentary coffee inside the room and it was good! The bedding feels really good especially the pillows!!! I'm a big fan of comfy pillows and theirs are extremely soft & fluffy! The shower is really nice as well! I mean the whole ambience is amazingly gorgeous!

We had been in a $200 night Comfort Suites in Marysville for 3 nights and it was heavenly to stay at such a new, clean well appointed hotel near the Sacramento Airport. It was very clean, new feeling and great amenities like the bar. We didn't eat but the food looked very good.

The design of the rooms was very modern, quite different actually which wasn't a detraction. We had a shower drain issue but very minor, the hotel was wonderful and in a wonderful, safe area.

Best Stay Ever I always travel for business, I stay in hotel more than 3 days in a week. Very Clean and super friendly staff. As soon as I entered I got surprised Very modern Lobby. They check me in within 30 seconds. Behind the reception desk there is full bar and restaurant. All the staff is very friendly. Hotel is super clean. My room was very modern I love the new modern layout. I love the pillow and Bed. Shower is very modern and big. Lots of amenities. All the shopping complex is walking distance. Next morning I used the fitness center, Fitness center is very nice and clean. Food is Yummy, Nice Bar. I will highly recommend every one. Definitely I will come back.

I made a mistake by not booking directly with the hotel. We live less than 3 miles from the hotel and the only reason why needed to stay for a few days was because we were remodeling our home. The hotel advised that they could have given me a discount; however, since we went through a third party they were unable to give us a discount. That was unfortunate. The staff was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean just it was expensive since all we really needed to do was sleep and shower there. Ohhh... I was puzzled that there were no microwaves in the room but that doesn't take away from the staff. They were great.

location was great for travel in and out of SAC international airport. Hotel was awesome and by the far the best quality in this price range. Rooms were spacious, updated, nicely appointed. Coffee and tea, fridge, etc. nice breakfast in the morning, Bar on site which was really nice. and if you needed to be in downtown, it's a short drive or Uber. 10 minutes tops. Can't comment on breakfast since we left too early. Would definitely stay here again.
