The facilities were absolutely clean and fresh, breakfast was delicious, the workers were accommodating, asking how they could make our visit better. They greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. Nice toiletries were provided in the room.

Following an initial inability to check in at the advertised check-in time, after a very long day of traveling with my elderly parents, I was upset and protested pretty strongly, after a few minutes they got a room ready and accommodated so that we could rest in our rooms. However, initially there was quite a bit of pushback/attitude, by the employee who I was dealing with, until one of the managers decided to make it right.

This hotel had only opened a week before our visit. We found a very professional and welcoming staff. Our standard room included a sofa and plenty of surfaces. Good service in the cafe-bar. 24 hour shuttle service to airport.

We informed the front desk that the sliding shower door does not close fully due to ill-fitting frame, and it slides open during showering.

Breakfast is good enough to start your day. Not much choices but basically satisfies the need.

I am perplexed on how they only bring out small plates a size of a saucer to be used. I have to take several trips to take food and had to take several small plates to carry the food to the table.

I needed a hotel last minute and was able to book and check in after my late flight. Was very thankful at the easy check in process after hours and for friendliness of the staff. Room was very clean and so comfortable. Got a great sleep before having to drive home. Wish I could have stayed longer.

With this being a new hotel, the room was clean, up to date, and comfortable. It was also close to the freeway.

On the morning of checkout, I slipped in the shower, injuring my knee. If there had been some sort of anti slip coating or mat then the fall would not have happened.

Staff very friendly, extremely clean, bed very very comfortable and sheets soft and new. A limited bar and food service is available 5pm . Shuttle to airport every half hour. We left too early for breakfast

Prices have gotten high for everything !

Right off the interstate but far off to not be disturbed by traffic; HUGE parking lot; beautiful decor in lobby and in rooms; CLEAN, modern, comforting atmosphere, beds were super nice and clean; whole room looked brand new.

Nothing negative to say at all. The rubber on the bottom of our door wasn’t completely glued on, but that’s understandable with new construction. We may have been the first ones! (Room 112)

Super friendly staff. Beautiful lobby, good location. Our room was clean and fresh! Small selection for the free breakfast but items were tasty and restocked but the staff often, delicious coffee. Would recommend & stay again!
