What we liked the most was the security of the hotel. We stayed in a hotel the last time we were in Sacramento and there were homeless people wandering around in the parking lot, some were deranged. At that hotel we had to go out of the lobby to get to our room. At the Natomas Hilton everything was enclosed; there was no outside access to our room. We ate at the restaurant which was located in the lobby. We had breakfast and dinner, and both were very good--especially the dinner special, steak and shrimp--delicious! The room was very nice--we stayed in a room that was designed for wheelchair access, and it was very spacious. The thermostat was simple and it was easy to control the room temperature. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Sacramento!

The refrigerator in the room stopped working on the second day we were there. That is really the only negative thing I have to say about our stay. We were going to check out in a few hours so we didn't ask for it to be looked at. We informed the desk when we checked out.

The staff at check-in, morning shift front desk and morning breakfast server were excellent. Lobby area was clean and tidy. Our check-in agent (Marcy?) was outstanding, she accommodated our needs without question, and on my 3rd stop at the front desk she remembered my name. Our breakfast server was also excellent. Hotel has a fitness center and pool which, given more time we would have enjoyed visiting.

I chose the hotel because of glowing reviews. We had an insect incident in our first room which got us scrutinizing areas like baseboards. Those could use a regular wipedown to alleviate 'questions'. The bathroom vent in the room we moved to, was not working. The Neutrogena soaps are hard to rinse off. I'd suggest a different brand or type.

The staff was great. Maria was awesome and answered all of my questions when I called in and made the shuttle booking experience easy. Kevin was the best shuttle driver and HGI rep that I have ever met. He was friendly, personable, helpful, and professional & he did a great job of informing us about the hotel and the fabulous food at the restaurant. Of course, the price was very expensive for my stay, because I booked last minute, but the experience made it tolerable.

there is a lot of construction around the area that makes getting to the hotel a little congested. note to self: don’t try to travel through the 99,80,50 freeway interchange at Friday afternoon rush hour. Had very good sushi at Chef Frank’s Japanese Cuisine.

the new design of the rooms exceeds Marriott's new design....Hilton design is far superior. location of light switches, placement of water controls in the sower....brillant, moving to more of a walk in closet, outstanding. i was shocked at how much better the Hilton design is. well done!

check in folks were great. took to much time whcih i was senstive to since i had a very long day of travel.

My flight was delayed, and I arrived very late evening early morning. The desk attendant was pleasant and informative. The next day during my check out process, I was greeted by a sharply dressed and vibrant staff. My room accommodation were brand new , high tech and very comfortable

Needs more parking. Also, additional hotels are under construction within viewing distance

The room was very comfortable, and clean. The lighting was warm and pleasant. Beautiful bathroom. Eating at the restaurant bar was very enjoyable. - We really appreciated the early morning shuttle, since my husband was able to sleep in, and enjoy the room, he did‘nt have to drive me to the airport. The driver was great, in a good mood and very helpful.

I am sure, once the general construction in the surrounding are is done, the approach will be more attractive. The pool looked very nice, but it was very hot, and I did not use the pool, because there was no shade; some umbrellas might have helped.

Location was nice. Facilities were nice. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The pool was a little dirty. No benches around designated smoking areas.

The staff was very accommodating especially Kevin the shuttle drive. He saw us walking to a convenience store, recognized us as guests of the hotel and offered to drive us.

Clean room and comfortable bed. My flight was delayed overnight and they were very helpful to send the van driver right away for a pick up at the airport at 1am.
