Fairfield Inn and Suites Sacramento Airport Natomas

The room, building and property were all immaculately clean. Quality bedding and pillows - bed was comfy. Lots of pugs for charging phones. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to food and convenience stores. If you just want a safe clean room to sleep for a night then this place is for you.

We didn't like that the room was so tiny. I got an Uber to the airport becuase the shuttle schedule was inconvenient and too much of a time gap between trips. I would have stayed elsewhere for the same cost with a bigger, nicer room. You could hear outside noise throught the window or ac / heater unit or both. The coffee maker was in the BATHROOM - that's just unsanitary.

Very friendly front desk staff, both evening at check-in and morning check-out. Breakfast room and breakfast food options excellent (coffee station open super early and great quality coffee). Warm, lovely Christmas decorations still up. Love convenience of Black Bear Diner to walk to across parking lot. Very convenient off freeway.

Shower water temp barely lukewarm. Only one tiny bar of soap for two people—would at least like one for shower, as not everyone likes liquid “body wash”. Fortunately we had each brought our own bar soaps.

Like this place for their proximity to the airport and downtown Sacramento and staff are on point in helping with nwhat you need. For a short visit, their airport shuttle service makes it convenient for anyone.

Love this place for their cleanliness being a newly renovated hotel, but kinda bit disappointed when I found some hair in the bathroom sink. Makes you feel, bathroom not fully cleaned or re-checked as cleaned.

The shuttle service to the airport was a critical element. Good coffee was a bonus! We stayed in the same place when we arrived on 11/13 and decided to re-book for our renturn home.

Unfortunately, when we arrived this time the power was out in the hotel. The staff did not appear to have enough support from the main office. It was a distressing situation for them. Power eventually returned, not a long wait.

Everything was as I expected. Clean room, good amenities, airport shuttle was perfect for our very early flight going and our late arrival flight. All personnel were very accommodating. A bonus was we were able to leave our vehicle on prem while we were away, with no charge. They were perfect for what we needed.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Clean room, everything worked, great location for aftershock

Room was smaller than i expected, but the web site has zero photos of actual suites or floorplans. Spent $1140 to stay for aftershock, next time we will probably get two regular rooms as 3 adults in a suite was cramped. For some reason the cleaning staff were vacuuming at 7am on sunday, thought it a bit odd.

The airport pick up was the most important. Front desk personnel were very helpful. We booked for another night at the end of our vacation just because of the airport shuttle. HUGE - coffee station ready in the early morning hours!!

The second night we booked was a little more expensive. But the shuttle service was critical to our decision. Front desk staffing could have 2 people.

The beds were to die for—after a long day of car travel, a welcome comfort! Also, the property was incredibly soundproof! Breakfast room very pleasant and loved the waffle option. Convenient to walk across the parking lot to Black Bear Diner for dinner.

Amenities in the bathroom VERY skimpy (towels, two ridiculously tiny soap bars).

Location was very central to what we needed. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was much better that other hotels I have stayed at. Spotlessly clean!

There was some work being done on the building so it was a little noisy.

the room and place was nice and quiet like how i would prefer it to be and the staff was really nice as to accommodate my room request as well.

it didn't look like the blankets was switched out since i noticed a bit of blood stains on one of them and didn't seem like the heat was working in the room either and was just blowing out cold air the whole time.
