close to freeway, but you couldn’t hear the traffic. close to gas stations and a couple of fast food options. Other than that not much else near by in walking distance, but that was our preference.

no pool ☹️. our room had what resembled “love” stains on the couch. Sad we paid for a nice room and couldn’t enjoy all of the amenities in the room. it was a nice looking couch. I doubt steam cleaning is part of the turn around, but I can understand why (time consuming). however, the maid should’ve noted the stains so that they can steam clean the couch (and sterilize) before placing another guest in the room, there are so many other rooms.

Clean facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. After a long drive in, the coffee and warm cookies were a comforting welcome. Breakfast was convenient.

Breakfast layout was great. Lots of options. However, my food was cold. I understand that several people are opening the warming trays, but my potatoes were a little frozen in the center. other than that is was perfect.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Natomas upon entering had amazing cleanliness. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast/dining area, the hallways room were amazingly upkept. The room exceeded our expectations. The bedding was fresh and clean and so comfortable. I have to applaud house keeping, we did an early check-in and the room was more the ready to have us in. The lighting and fridge worked nicely. The bathroom was clean and sanitized. The bathtub and shower head worked and were so relaxing.

There was not a single thing in my stay that I disliked. The price was expensive but I do believe that considering how comfortable and clean and welcoming the Marriott was the price balanced fairly. We stayed one night so I do wish it hadn't been so costly again though the price was worth the stay.

I liked the cleanliness as well as the effortless way it was to check in and check out. I also didn’t mind breakfast just wish there was more options other than just coffee.

I didn’t mind really anything. I did wish the tubs of the showers were a little bit more wide. I also wish we didn’t have to check out by going up to the reception desk.

Breakfast was great although my husband noticed mold in the Shredded cheese. The front desk attendants were very hospitable, courteous and made every guest feel valued plus have a comfortable stay.

Our room was on the 1st floor next to the kitchen. We heard pit and pans banging at 5-7am.. could not get a good night's sleep.

Staff was fantastic, very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfy, pillows too. Nice shampoo/body wash etc. Loved the separate sink and having two sinks in the room.

could have been a little cleaner, closet was tiny, bathroom, two lights burnt out, hair dryer not working. Check sq. footage, room is smaller than appears in photos!

The staff was a great help and very attentive. I liked how there was a microwave and mini refrigerator. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. Free food for people that stay there. They also gave us two free water bottles.

The only thing I would say that I did not like about the property was that there was a lot of people in trailers close by.. But no harm was done, just didn’t understand why they are all right there as if it was a rv campsite.

The area was quiet and pet friendly. Very clean and comfortable I wanted to add, since it is a pet friendly hotel, maybe the rooms should have tile flooring and not carpet. Also, if when registering, we mention we have a pet, maybe try and put us in the 1st floor so it's easier to take our pets outside.

The staff was a little rude and I felt like they didn't want to be there.

I like the fact it was nice and quiet breakfast was okay the beds are very comfortable a very nice hotel

The bathtub had water stains the shower head leaked a little bit there wasn't that much pressure on the shower head maybe because we stayed on the 4th floor.

The location was perfect! Very close to Sacramento Valley Station for people who catch the train like I did.

Everything really was exceptional, the only con was that I couldn't light candles in my room but other than that no complaints.
