I liked friendly staff, nice room, location. Very conviniet that laundry there at the hotel for guests. Nice breakfast. Big fridge in the room.

I didn't like that they didn't have launge chairs and big towels at the pool. Also I wish my room would have been sparkling clean. Bedding was washed but not snow white neither crispy fresh. The wall paper in the kitchen was falling off the wall. I didn't like that too. I wish you fix those things before I come again to stay there.

The robust coffee was very good:). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The full kitchen and sofa were nice pluses. The air conditioner worked well and the ceiling fan above the king size bed was very nice at night. The room had 2 windows facing the inner green space, which made a nice view and let some natural light into the room…very nice.

The breakfast was adequate but lacked some options that other hotels offer that would have been nice. I like to have a sweet roll with my coffee in the morning but they were very lacking in pastries.

This hotel was very clean and nice. it had grilling facilities, a nice pool area, and common areas, even a half court basketball court. the rooms were nice and well appointed with full kitchen and lots of space.

The only downsides were: 1) the breakfast area is quite small and difficult to navigate with lots of people (coffee is located way in the back for instance), but could alleviate some tightness if moved to a cart on the wall next to breakfast area. 2) the pool area doesn’t have much seating and no lounge chairs at all.

The location was great and the wonderful registration gentleman was kind enough to upgrade us from a King Studio to a King One Bedroom, which was an unexpected surprise.

Just an observation that the bathroom was a little shabby. For example, the shower "pull" was almost impossible to budge and the tub faucet was very loose. It took a bit of strength to get the shower to work. I also noticed areas where the grout was marred or missing around the tub. The rest of the unit was in fine shape; the bathroom, not so much.

Fair. The burritos served one day were pretty good. Otherwise oatmeal too thick. Last day finally got it rights. Omelettes dry and tasteless. Soggy potatoes. Sausages and bacon good

Housekeeping. Never came. Was scheduled on Sunday. No show. Promised on Monday. Maid next door said she would clean it. Never done. I had no clean towels had to take off cart or go to front desk. Finally cleaned Monday afternoon after numerous requests. Said they would clean everyday after that. Never came again. Was Here 7 nights. Also maids clanged and banged when cleaning rooms around me. Very disruptive

Folks, The size of the room was fantastic .. Had all the amenities, full refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, Microwave, separate bedroom & Living room and super large bath room ... Super close to Airport and shuttle driver was awesome .. we even were allowed to keep our vehicle there for $30.00 for 5 days and shuttle dropped us off at air port and will pick us up for ride back to hotel ... Opon checking in the young lady at counter may have been having a bad day ... She was not a happy camper .. but all in all it was a nice stay ... Shout out to shuttle driver All staff should take lessons from you .. Greg & Cindy

Very nice setup. Very comfortable. I think it is an excellent value for the money.

I hate the raised dot areas on the sidewalk. I couldn’t pull a suitcase down the sidewalk. I had to move to the driveway. I understand the need but it could have been 1 foot wide. and right in front of the main entry there were more. you have to carry your suitcase over it.

I like the room and property. It was really nice

When we walked in we had to wait for the receptionist to get finished with a personal phone call. When we got there they did not have our reservation. It took quite awhile for them to call the manager. He did fix it., Thank God I had all of the emails from Hilton to prove.

It's the best hotel I have stayed out and I will be returning for my next trip to Sacramento. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and pastries. My room was spacious and beautiful. Amenities were awesome. I enjoyed the outside patio and pool. They also have a laundry facility.

From check in with Kory, to my gorgeous suite with full kitchen, to a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Just exceptional! I have stayed here before, and liked even better this time. I will be back.
