The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean as was b the bathroom. Cable and wifi worked well. The food and bar were excellent. I had a wonderful chef salad and my husband's hamburger was delicious with bacon, cheese, onion rings, and all the works.

The bed frames were made of heavy heavy dark wood, and the corners were very sharp. I hit my shin on them every time I walked around the bed. I left with large bruises on both legs. I informed the front desk, and her response was, "Yeah, everyone complains about the bed frames." Really? Why keep those bed frames?

I didn't have breakfast because I forgot it was included. It might be nice for the front desk staff to give clients a reminder about this.

I tried to reserve a shuttle to the airport before I arrived but they would not let me and told me that I will have no problem reserving a spot on the shuttle once I arrived at the hotel. However that was not the case and once I checked in, the shuttle was booked for my preferred time. So I had to wake up earlier in order to catch the earlier shuttle... not happy about this.

We had a very early International flight to catch to Sacramento Airport , so having family drop us off here the night before worked great. we were able to get the most amount of sleep before our early flight, The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The room accommodations were very clean and comfortable. our shuttle driver was very friendly and professional and we were able to leave at 4 AM sharp to catch our early flight. I do recommend that you call and confirm the shuttle is available when you need it, don’t just assume you’ll get a shuttle if you make a reservation at the hotel. The shuttle ride was 10 to 15 minutes max to drop off at our destination.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The server at breakfast made our day, she was so sweet, attentive and helpful, we had nice conversation.

The only BIG drawback was that our party of four had to call the property twice from the airport to ask for the shuttle, and waited for more than 30 min. There was also no indication as to where the shuttle would arrive. The driver did not help with the luggage (and nor did he get a tip). This airport service should be better organized. I would have given poorer marks, were the hotel amenities and staff not been so good.

The owner or person checking me in was very kind and sympathetic. I was exhausted as I had been at the Emergency Room with my husband for nearly 9 hours. Even though the food service area has closed he offered to have them make something for me. When I said that wasn’t necessary and I picked out some food and a drink from the market/pantry he gave them to me at no charge.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The beds are fantastic - pillows are manageable (not too puffy, but soft), the bed is firm, and the linens are clean and soft. The room had a walk in shower which was perfect for my elderly mom. We were on the bottom floor, but never head traffic or other noises. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was fantastic! Lastly, short trip to the airport which made it an easy choice. Minimum traffic and easy access to the freeway.

Parking was a little tight near the front of the hotel lobby. I was concerned about my mom having to walk very far, but the hotel was very accommodating with allowing me to park in the valet area to unload and load her safely.

I hope when the flight early in the morning, and we just only stay 1 night we could have at least a glass of coffee in the morning before we check out because we spend the night with breakfast but our flight early in the morning. And please provide the water in the room for the complimentary

Please add the staff for check in so we don't need to wait in line for long and cold.

I loved everything about this Hotel, except that they don't provide free breakfasts, they cost $14.14. This location is safe, clean, and has microwaves, refrigerators, ironing boards and comfortable beds. I-5 is 2 blocks away, free shuttle to the airport. Beautiful bathrooms with lighted mirrors!

Everything at the hotel was very nice with exception as noted below.

We were sent to room 216 and told the room was cleaned and ready. When we walked into the room we found a bathroom with soiled linens and one of the beds had obviously been slept in with blankets turned back. Front desk was very quick to assign us another room and brought the key to us. Next room was clean and ready.

The bar/restaurant is really good!! The bartender is also the owner of that area. She is outstanding!! Best Caesar salad I've had. I ordered an Old Fashioned and she asked if she could put her spin on it... AMAZING! If I lived in the area, I'd go there just for dinner and drinks!
